Love a blue denim jacket paired with a black urban chic dress like the one you’re wearing. You’ve inspired me to “shop my closet”! I’ve never thought of this combo before now, but I’m going to try my blue denim jacket over a white wrinkle free long sleeved poet’s blouse (ruffled front and matching cuffs) and wrinkle free long black skirt, accessorized with pearls… The sleeves may be too puffy for a comfortable fit, but I’ll try and let you know if it works or not…🤞
A suggestion for walking shoes- we walked at least five miles a day all over Italy. My feet usually hurt after an hour but I wore lace up canvas skechers and they were great! One pair black and one pair white.
Thanks, Valarie! This dress is a wonderful addition to my wardrobe, thanks to your recommendation earlier this year. There is no international travel for me this year, but we're spending Christmas in Montreal, Quebec. I have to find a way to wear this dress as we walk to Christmas Midnight Mass in wintry Canadian weather to Notre Dame Cathedral. We'll be in wet, windy, cool Ireland and Scotland in April-May, 2025, so the travel dress will have to adapt once again.
As it gets closer to the winter months, this vender tends to release heavier velvet wrinkle-free travel pieces. So as soon as I see them, I will post them. Stay tuned!

My black wrinkle free travel dress is v neck, knee length & has 3/4 sleeves. What kind of shoe would be comfortable and look nice with this silhouette? Live in Ft. Worth TX but dreaming of Paris…
Are the sneakers you’ve shown Adidas or On Cloud? I really enjoy my On Cloud in many colors especially for hiking and the gym. That said I have some very good inserts that I use in all my sneakers to replace the thin, useless, inserts that come with most athletic shoes. Traveling next month to Tierra Verdi, Fl then to Savannah & Charleston til the first of the year. Can the travel dress easily be hand washed and dried to re-wear and still keep its shape and appearance? I own several similar travel dresses but being a thicker fabric doesn’t suit themselves to be hand washed & air dried. Thank you for another lovely video. Take good care.

Along w all the other shenanigans at the summer Olympics Adidas ran ads reintroducing a shoe they introduced in ‘72 when the Jewish athletes were slaughtered in Munich. For that reason many, some family and friends, will not support the brand. Just a consideration in solidarity, nothing more.
I am going on a river boat cruise in September. We start in Amsterdam, and end up in Budapest. We will be in Austria, and Germany. I loved your post today! Please continue to show options for fall European travel!

I love Skechers - can’t go wrong with those!
I wear a pair of cute Dansko anatomical sandals. They’re walking shoes, extremely comfortable and cute at the same time.
Would the Skechers and Danskos pair well with day sightseeing outfits for Sept or October in Paris? (Newbie from Ft. Worth here!)

I own both the On Clouds and Adidas Sambas. The Sambas are more fashionable while the On Clouds are more supportive. So it depends on your priorities.
