they usually need 5-7 working days. We submitted it on 1st June in the Shenzhen agent office and got back the passport on 12th June. As I mentioned a list of authorized agents, we submitted to them with all the documents and passports. First, they reviewed all the documents and paid the money. Then later they called us when the passport was returned to their office.

In Shenzhen, don't have consulate office so I used their agent. But in Shanghai, you can directly submit it to their consulate center. Thanks
