Honestly it‘s genetics and hair care because my hair used to be waist length then I got it cut far too short and it didn‘t grow longer than shoulder length for years until I did a big chop and used different shampoos and conditioners and stopped adding any extra products to my hair on the daily and boom its waist length again in 3 years
