Magnifique !!
WHAT an absolute grace! 🤩😍
Such nice dissonances throughout, love it.
At the very end, did the two top voices switch places? Seemed so to my ears.
My friend makes the claim that every piece with Miserere in it is amazing, and it's really not a bad heuristic.
Yeah, they seem to switch to my ears as well.
Yes we switch places 🙂
@@Cmaj7 I go by the same judgment as your friend. Haven't been wrong yet!
Sublime..
sodelicious
And yet another obscure composer grabbed from the obscurity vortex.. . Since I am in the category of "obscure composer" I would like to say Clerambault has a gift for re-packaging Monteverdi, who wrote, uhm, better works late in life (50-60 years before C was born). "Zefiro torna el bel tempo di rimina" (Madrigals, book XVI, I believe) comes to mind. Granted, this was a difficult period for a composer (like our present age) because what are you gonna do, polyphany or basso continuo?
Interesting on a level of harmonic counterpuntal writing. And a poignant work.
atous les faiseurs de guerre...ecoutez, ne serait-ce qu'un instant
They sing in F minor, why are the scores in G minor?
They are singing in A4=392 Hz G minor, just not A4=440 Hz G minor.
@@raymiezequielacebovietto619 oh i see
Sorry, after 1:01, I don't see the score changing, and this is 25 minutes long? Please fix.
OK, yes, I see all this. Carry on.
