Yeah my new Gyno (I’m stationed in VA for right now but I’m not from here) diagnosed me pretty quickly, which I’m grateful for, BUT she was like “you have to go on birth control to manage it or it can get really bad. You also need to lose weight cause PCOS makes you pre-diabetic. My insulin was never the issue each time I tested, it was a different hormone. I’m not pre-diabetic, as my tests have concluded. I had the opposite happen when I first got diagnosed with pcos. Yes and yes!! I discovered that birth control is not necessary for pcos when I went to a gynecologist in Morocco. There doctors rarely prescribe birth controls for managing pcos and I was told that moroccan women with PCOS manage it with diet food and sport. That its more a matter of healthy lifestyle than birth control pills taken forever. And guess what, I stopped birth control, regulated my diet and my hormonal test came out way better!
i was diagnosed with pcos from 10 months ago. i used birth control pills for only 6 months since yes it helps but the weight gain is such a pain.( well you actually need to lose weight too ). eventually i did diet, exercise and i lost weight my period is back to being normal. im just drinking spearmint tea once or twice a day and im feeling much better now
Gyno obliged me to use birth control to manage pcos symptoms. I ended up having the worst cramps of my life and gyno never explained to me why I was so much in pain
Omg I had the same experience, the pain was so unbearable so I just stopped and it got more worse and I had to take a medicine for stopping my period and all of that was a verry bad experience for me
Yes! And I hate when obgyns say birth control doesn't cause cramps (kind of calling me crazy). As soon as I stopped birth control, cramps magically disappeared, what a weird coincidence 🤨
Im 16 and have been having some skin flare ups due to my pcos and i was just going to ask my my doctor next time I see her abt birth control, now I'm gonna think abt trying this out
I’m 15 I had to take it and it gave me anxiety where I almost passed out so my mum was like “no way you’re taking those” I was so tempted to ov3rd0se on them because I hate my body that much (I didn’t thankfully) but seriously be careful if you get them ❤
My obgyn said she never heard of ovasitol and therefore it can’t be helpful. Then she insisted an IUD is my only option. Which is crazy to me because so many women suffer worse symptoms from the androgenic activity of the Mirena IUD, it causes bad acne and hair loss! They need to be more informed. 😢
I saw results when I stopped going to gynaecologist and rather consultant Endocrinologist/Hormones specialist. He did tell me what to do. And 5 years now, my pcos is controlled
@@sandraviegas7298 He gave me, 8-9 medicines for the day which I felt unnecessary. But they advised me to lose weight and join gym . That didn't help me. But I lost weight naturally in covid. That helped me a lot.
I am 19 turning 20 soon, 5 foot 6 and weighed a whopping 118kg i have pcos (predominantly on my right ovary and little on my left) (diagnosed this year) but i always had this pain in my lower abdominal quadrants where it felt like someone had a screwdriver and started screwing my skin 😅, I experienced these shooting pains around 4-5 yrs ago, I should’ve attended the doctors sooner. Doctors wanted to prescribe the pill but I refused the birth control pill and take metformin for weight-loss (i am not diabetic) and i must say it is doing wonders. I think its had like a placebo effect on me as my mood is much more under control, brain fog has alleviated and my overall energy levels have risen. I have been on metformin for around 4months now and my weight has dropped to 108, i know this isn’t much however i did not purposely change my diet nor my activity rate just so i can detect its effectiveness. Now that i am sure of its miracles, i shall implement a healthy diet and increase my activity to compliment my overall health. Idk why i waffled so much but i hope this helps my fellow pcos fatties :))
After watching your videos, I actually got a call, finally from the gynaecologist who was very persistent in Me having contraceptive pill to mask. The symptoms of what I’m going through I politely declined 4 times explaining I would rather just deal with the situation With surgery instead of putting chemicals in my body to mask symptoms because it won’t get rid of the problem and at the end of the day, your immune system will get used to the medication and then after that you’re back at square one even though you’re a square one to begin with because the pain is enormous, it’s horrendous, so thank you for the information that you give is very very very very helpful❤ ❤❤❤❤
I went to the best gyno in the city and he told me not to take the pill, as it would make me depressed and fat. He just advised me to lose as much weight as possible (even though i’m not obese or anything, just a lil pudgy) and manage my insulin issue inherent to pcos
Thank you so much for addressing this. I did the same with my GYN when I discovered Ayuderic Shatavari did the same thing bringing my regular periods back, helping with hormonal symptoms, & supporting fertility resulting in me becoming a mother. Myo-Imositol D-Chiro Imositol is another great supplement, and people need to know they have these natural options.
Ohh My goodness! Thank you for calling out! 🎉 Was on birth control for years when it is actualy PCOS, I had no idea😢 for very many yrs until last year. They made me soo fat, soo depressed when already had way too many issues cause I had Irregulr Mens since was 11yre old & they were extremly heavy, the first 3days am in bed in chronic pain even my legs till this day can't move & no one is telling you the truth!
That’s my only issue. I’ve been on BCP numerous times without success of regulating my symptoms I was just diagnosed with PCOS last month but I’ve been telling my GYNs something been wrong for years d/t my symptoms. She prescribed birth control again and I just can’t because all it does is mask certain symptoms and possibly still cause certain problems later down the line like cancer and clots etc
Same here, started the pill at 14 because of extremely heavy irregular periods! Only I didn't get diagnosed until AFTER giving birth after 10 years of infertility. What's worse is that my doctor wouldn't even look at my infertility until my husband got his seven tested. It was the OBGYN who did my emergency c-section who finally gave me a diagnosis.
I asked my gynecologist about inositol and she played stupid like she never heard of it and i honestly believe she wanted to put me on the harmful metformin and birth control pills
I'm an RN, but I am so UPSET at physicians giving out metformin to patients as the only treatment for various disease. I'm now even more mortified to find NON-diabetic patients on metformin as a 'prophylactic' treatment for them NOT to become diabetic. Like, EXCUSE ME? have Dr's never heard of something called lifestyle change? dietary education? exercise promotion? Or you know...PREVENTATIVE HEALTHCARE????
I am so glad you realized what was happening before it was too late. Unfortunately, most doctors are not trained to heal. They are trained to diagnose and treat symptoms. This is why we have to do the research and heal ourselves. I am so thankful for this channel.
This is so sad. I got on BC as a teen because of horrible period pain. I had no idea of the long term effects. Thank you for bringing awareness and showing us other ways to manage our hormones and symptoms that don’t involve medication.
my gynecologist gave me birth control without telling me they are birth controls and I had severe nausea everytime I took it, i told her i need a different tablet and she asked me to adjust for a couple more months. I quit her and went to visit another obgyn and she said to make lifestyle changes without taking further tests or giving any supplements. I'm yet to meet an endocrinologist but by now i m tired. so i just sat with google for a few days and figured out the tests i need to take and ordered them at a diagnostic centre. gotta wait for results and then proceed. I havent found a centre that does leptin yet, so gotta wait for that.

Very true! My gyne has me on ovral g but nothing changed. The size of the chat remained the same. However the heavy bleeding stopped. But no gyne of mine referred to PCOS and inositol. It was after a year that I discovered inositol on my own and started taking them. But I lost a year worth recovery. Had I been taking it since they found the cyst my mental and physical health could be a lot better.
I have been taking Ovasitol for over three years and I still don’t know if it has ever benefited me truly. The biggest things that helped me were including Omega 3’s and Magnesium in my supplement routine.
When I went on the mini pill I lost 12lbs of water retention and uterine lining, had the worst cramp and a clot as big as my had and had scar tissue on it, though after 3 months of bleeding I decided to come off it and only had one natural period since. I’m planning to go back on the mini pill for a bit whilst I weigh up my options and game plan.
I mean... It seems like that's literally the only answer they know. After my diagnosis of pcos the doctor was just gonna routinely put me on the pill and was shocked that I refused😲 I tried different types of bc pills before that and they all made me feel awful so there was no way I was ever gonna take it again. And here we are now with soooo many options of supplements to take and life style advices that actually help rather than mask the symptoms
After months without my period. I found out about this supplement and bought them right away. After 10 days I got my period back exactly on the right track and the normal 7 days cycle❤
I was given birth control pills to manage the irregularity when I was 13. He didn't even care to understand that it takes one at least one year of menstruation to have a proper cycle. It was my first month of periods when I got it twice and he immediately suggested me this. The struggle of taking a nauseating medicine like that and attending school was painful, I couldn't enjoy my early teens at all. In utter frustration and anger I myself stopped taking them. Then again I was given birth control pills when I was 19 but I couldn't continue them for more than two months, and these two were the most depressing, grimmest months of my life. Would never resort to it again.
Ive been reading alot of the comments. I dont understand the hate for birthcontrol. I was diagnosed last year. My doctor put me on a low dose pill and it fixed most of my issues. I even got pregnant on the pill. Ive stopped using since, even after delivery. And have been looking into holistically treating just to get away from having to depend on synthetic hormones.
I left a comment with a question under one of your vids on IG asking this question. Pcos was recently confirmed for me & I'm scared tbh. She mentioned endometrial cancer & potential blood transfusion if I end up bleeding too much. (I've missed 5 months of a period since coming off BC.) I just need to know if I need bc to prevent endometrial cancer... & do have a normal monthly cycle. I need the truth 😟 She mentioned that I need to ovulate & shed in order to help prevent endometrial cancer. . The only way was on bc. I am SO GRATEFUL FOR YOUR CONTENT... you have given me hope! Anyone else can chime in on this too; I'd love to learn as much as possible from real people. 💝 Thanks!! 😚😚
Hi, I have been given this talk as well. I refuse to take birth control, so if I had no period for 3 cycles, my doctor gave me Provera to bring on a period, so the lining does not continue to build up. I was also rapidly gaining weight despite barely eating. I ended up looking for a less stressful job and started taking supplements for insulin resistance like inositol, Berberine, eating low carb like less than 100 grams per day and I split it up between meals, I eat very low sugar and only really get sugar from fruit. I also exercise for at least 30 minutes a day. I don't do more than 30 minutes of cardio and do the slow weighted workout from this channel. Once I started the inositol I had a period about 16 days later and I've had a period every month since starting. The inositol also killed my sugar cravings, so that makes it so much easier to ignore the sugar filled stuff at the store.
I dropped the pcos meds after a few weeks due to nausea and lethargy. I also started gaining weight rapidly. I joined a gym after that and made some lifestyle changes, I know it's a recurring condition but so far it worked for me
If you were taking Metformin, try getting Metformin Extended Release and building up your tolerance slowly. It made a huge difference for me in terms of nausea.
Thank you for sharing this! When taking Inositol, is there a time period for how long we should take the supplement? Or can we take it regularly like we do with multivitamins?
Same I gained weight only after starting the pill and I never felt hungry after eating before, some symptoms are lesser but I gained others. She is the same hormone doctor that my brother goes to ( he doesn't have enough testosterone and I have too much😅) and I feel like I'm only learning by myself about important stuff because I have so much anxiety it ruins my life and I never knew there was a link. PS: an endocrinologist
I think I had PCOS since I was a kid because I was always more Hairy than usual. When I got my period at 12 years old it didn't regulate for probably a couple months to a year. Then I took the depo shot at 18 years old, gained a lot of weight, made my PCOS symptoms worse and even though it's been pretty much over 9 years since I took it, I still get body aches and I started dealing with irregular periods. I also became pre-diabetic as well. But the good news is that my period is starting to become regular again and I'm even down 40 lb! I wonder if I add this to my diet if they will help me more? Because some women said it did not help them. The doctors didn't really take my symptoms seriously and didn't really diagnose me with it even though I had a bunch of the symptoms with it. I was on the birth control pill on and off for the past couple years but quit for good last year. My body was never the same after the Depo shot! It will probably take me at most a year and a half to lose all my weight but I am better than what I was!
Got cured of PCOS with the herbal medicine from DR RORPOPOR HERBAL on UA-cam whose channel was the primary convincing platform that made me use the herbs🌱🔺
I tried it for a few months and stopped, the moods were driving me mad. Metformin was enough to get my cycle on track, now I've accepted that when I have major stress it will be messed up.
I was recently diagnosed with PCOS 2 days ago, and I'm 13. Although I haven't heard or watched any videos of people having this under 16, I wanted to ask if this was normal?
I'm not a doc I am saying it based on my research since I have been diagnosed with pcos. I read it is because of high testosterone levels it can happen in any age actually but we can control it by exercising daily and eating healthy and nourishing food and maintaining our weight. Although it's not easy to loose weight because of cravings but it isn't impossible too.
I was diagnosed at 14 years, at that point many of the symptomps were already hitting me. Every body works different and you have the luck to know your condition and try things. I think the worst is not knowing and search for the reason of your symptoms
Yes, it happens. You are not alone. From someone who used to be 13 years old a long time back: Play sports that make you happy + avoid junk + sleep well + love yourself. You'll live a good life!
My gyno gaslighted me into thinking I didn’t have PCOS. It wasn’t until I did some lab work and was transferred by my physician to an Endocrinologist. It’s was PCOS, and since it went a good while undiagnosed, I now suffer from Metabolic Syndrome🙃

Hello, thanks for sharing your insights with your PCOS journey, I thought I'm the only person who doesn't believe in taking hormonal birth control to fight PCOS. It's confusing because I've been taking hormonal birth control for over a year and after I consult to the other Oby, I was still diagnosed with PCOS. I'm still confuse to know why they still recommend this pill to take even it has a lot of bad effects on our body. I think a healthy diet, exercise and natural medication is the only way to get our hormones regular. Specially if you're trying to conceive.
My endocrinologist didnt tell me anything about my pcos, just diagnosed me with it, told me to lose weight and told me to go to my gp for any further issues. I didnt know it was an insulin resistance or that there was any way to take care of it. Thank you for making these videos, doctors are big fakes.
Mine never treated mine and I suffered horribly for years. Doctors do not care about you and you’re lucky to live in this day and age where u can educate yourself.
Got diagnosed with PCOS, my ob-gyn put me on pills... My lifelong acne and breakout vanished. But it introduced migraine, irregular heartbeats, kidney stone and more... Now I'm off pills, but have to take heart meds, kidney stone meds, antidepressant and more😢
Im a cyster who just discovered you. I want to do all these things but for health reasons my fiance and i arent sure about kids. Most pregnancy prevention methods like the pill ( im on lo loestrin) cause weight gain. Depo shot too. Do you recommend any specific method for preventing pregnancy that works with this lifestyle?
Hi, birth control works by balancing out the sex hormones in the body to try to regulate the menstrual cycle and actually help reduce androgen production to decrease facial hair and other PCOS symptoms - it doesn’t “mask” them and birth control is a medicine with evidence that shows it’s effective in improving the condition. Please don’t spread information saying it doesn’t work because many women will not get the best treatment for them. Ask your doctor if you have any concerns💗
Many obgyn say that it’s your ONLY option and it’s definitely not. The fact of the matter is there’s not enough research and information about it. When I was diagnosed they told me I had to stay on birth control. And I asked what happens when I have kids, the told me I’d have to deal with it. Birth control is so bad for your body and to top it off maybe still experience symptoms or have even worse symptoms. Yes it help your hormones balance out decreasing facial hair and shorter periods. But it doesn’t help the symptoms that will effect your health in the long run. I don’t think the point of this clip is to say that birth control doesn’t work it’s to explain that ya everything May seem better but it’s not. Your just “masking” the symptoms not controlling them.
It doesn't regulate the menstrual cycle, it actually stops it. What you think is menstruation it is actually "withdrawal bleeding" because the hormone levels from the pills are low when you stop taking it. I'm sorry to tell you but it does mask PCOS symptoms, and a good gynecologist will give you other options to treat the syndrome, because birth control can give too many problems. It does help some people to deal (not treat) with the symptoms, but not everyone. That's what she is saying. 😊
They gave me bc too Masking my thyroid symptoms at 21 they took blood work and said honey you have low thyroid give me bad skin patches ezcema and similar symptoms of pcos
I am 53 and a CYSTer with insulin resistance, ceoliac, Hashimoto’s, and 6 months ago also diagnosed with Graves (and a heap of other problems too). 🤦🏻♀️ After being told I could not have children was blessed with three surprises in five years. Had a hysterectomy at 32 (not by choice - youngest was 18 months) but my ovaries remained. Hormonally I am now in menopause. Biggest struggle is weight (despite losing 14kg in 6 weeks thanks to a thyroid storm). Would this supplement help or at this stage of life no point in taking it? Thanks, C.
What about when they say you don’t have pcos cause you don’t have cysts on your ovaries but did have huge ones on your fallopian tubes ? And have all the symptoms of pcos except the cysts ?
What have you found to be the best form of birth control though if you have worries about that? I’ve had bad experiences as a kid taking birth control which they blindly put me on when I was maybe around 14 and suffered from bad acne irregular periods and other symptoms which they told me was a hormonal imbalance but never did tests or gave me diagnosis or really checked up just got mad when I said certain medicines made it worse or didn’t help or I had allergic reaction to. I heard bad stories of the IUD too so I’m scared to try it, not sure what other options there are

i was diagnosed with pcos from 10 months ago. i used birth control pills for only 6 months since yes it helps but the weight gain is such a pain.( well you actually need to lose weight too ). eventually i did diet, exercise and i lost weight my period is back to being normal. im just drinking spearmint tea once or twice a day and im feeling much better now
Gyno obliged me to use birth control to manage pcos symptoms. I ended up having the worst cramps of my life and gyno never explained to me why I was so much in pain
it’s sad that this is all of our experiences:/
Omg I had the same experience, the pain was so unbearable so I just stopped and it got more worse and I had to take a medicine for stopping my period and all of that was a verry bad experience for me
Yes! And I hate when obgyns say birth control doesn't cause cramps (kind of calling me crazy). As soon as I stopped birth control, cramps magically disappeared, what a weird coincidence 🤨
All my gynecologist tried to push birth control pills onto me or medication to slow down the bleeding. I honestly felt lost. Thank you for this video!
Same thing happened to me with my OBGYN, I said no. Thank you for all of your knowledge. It is so helpful.
Are there any cheaper alternatives to Ovasitol? I would love to try it, but one canister is over $100
realest comment
What did they told you to do?
SO MANY DOCTORS GIVE STRAIGHT UP HARMFUL ADVICE. I wish I called my previous doctors out before stopping seeing them.
Fr
I don’t take birth control to manage my PCOS. Working in a low inflammation diet but take a supplement and have been working out. Really helps.
Can we take it without Dr recommendation? How would I know how to take it?
Thanks. I was hoping to narrow it down to one supplement.
Same here, started the pill at 14 because of extremely heavy irregular periods! Only I didn't get diagnosed until AFTER giving birth after 10 years of infertility. What's worse is that my doctor wouldn't even look at my infertility until my husband got his seven tested. It was the OBGYN who did my emergency c-section who finally gave me a diagnosis.
i don’t think they lie that’s just all they know
Thank you for enlightening me❤❤
I asked my gynecologist about inositol and she played stupid like she never heard of it and i honestly believe she wanted to put me on the harmful metformin and birth control pills
Yupppp doctors get extra money for any scripts that they write out…they are only trained to prescribe a chemical…they are not trained to heal.
I took Metformin and it served me no justice
I'm an RN, but I am so UPSET at physicians giving out metformin to patients as the only treatment for various disease. I'm now even more mortified to find NON-diabetic patients on metformin as a 'prophylactic' treatment for them NOT to become diabetic. Like, EXCUSE ME? have Dr's never heard of something called lifestyle change? dietary education? exercise promotion? Or you know...PREVENTATIVE HEALTHCARE????
Metformin was the worst for me. It was like I was on a permanent dose of turbo laxative.
I am so glad you realized what was happening before it was too late. Unfortunately, most doctors are not trained to heal. They are trained to diagnose and treat symptoms. This is why we have to do the research and heal ourselves. I am so thankful for this channel.
They don’t tell you that birth control can actually increase insulin resistance which is what drives PCOS in the first place!
In all due respect, do you not Google the medication you’re given or ask questions?
@@jessj2530 I used to be a very healthy kid. Max I had to take paracetamol or cough syrup all my life. so when the doc gave me meds, i didnt dwell too much into it. For me it was like paracetamol, take it for a few days, u ll be fine kinda expectations was what i had from it. I was not explained about the issue as well.
But I started googling my meds after that instead of blindly trusting.
Which flowers did she use for the tea?
I have a similar story!
Hell we need to sue those damn gynecologists for lying to us!! 😭😭
I CANT take birth control for mine because of fluid around my heart so I’m trying to find other things that may help. Thank you for these!! ❤
Thanks!! 😚😚
My obgyn gave me progesterone pills to get my period started again. Talk to them again. It didn't take long for it to come back.
I was only 12 when I was diagnosed and have been on birth control for almost four years now!
Earthley has a product called lunamore and it's all herbs and ot helps my pcos! ❤❤❤
Luckily my doctor recommeded a functional medicine route but did give me samples of BC
I started birth control since 15 years old I am now 20 and it's been the worst on birth control 💔
I notice you brew freshly cut spearmint and whatever that small flower is. Is that better than the dried version?
Just take cinnamon supplements they help with period regulations. Please no birth control
I got diagnosed at 11
Where did you purchase that glass kettle?!
My gyno gaslighted me into thinking I didn’t have PCOS. It wasn’t until I did some lab work and was transferred by my physician to an Endocrinologist. It’s was PCOS, and since it went a good while undiagnosed, I now suffer from Metabolic Syndrome🙃
Sorry for that
What plant is that? And what a cool tea kettle!!
That's chamomile tea
My gyno never bothered to diagnose me. Only until I was 30 I was diagnosed.
how did the gyno reacted?
WE NEED TO DEFUND THESE IDIOT DOCTORS WHO DONT HELP AT ALL ONLY FUND THE GOOD ONES like come on WOMEN WE DESERVE HELP ITS NOT 1700 ANYMORE WE DESERVE ANSWERS❤
It’s not the only way. It’s fine if that’s how you choose to do it
Wait you can mix Inositol with spearmint tea?
Yup!!
My endocrinologist didnt tell me anything about my pcos, just diagnosed me with it, told me to lose weight and told me to go to my gp for any further issues. I didnt know it was an insulin resistance or that there was any way to take care of it. Thank you for making these videos, doctors are big fakes.
Wow tq hope it eliminates pcod and no women needs any consultantion from gynae
Unfortunately I need birth control currently, but I am working on eating better and working out more.
I am menapausal. What the directions do i go. Do i still follow the diet ?
What about reducing facial hair and maybe a cream to reduce facial hair?
Where can I get the tea kettle?🤓
My doctor didn’t seem to know what myoinositol is and looked at me like I had 5 heads and said that doesn’t help with PCOS or correlate
I have the ovasitol but I was wondering is there a difference from the one in the pack or is it the same?
Mine never treated mine and I suffered horribly for years. Doctors do not care about you and you’re lucky to live in this day and age where u can educate yourself.
What product of inositol do you use? Thank you
What about spironolactone? My gyno said that would be the most effective treatment for pcos😊
Got diagnosed with PCOS, my ob-gyn put me on pills... My lifelong acne and breakout vanished. But it introduced migraine, irregular heartbeats, kidney stone and more... Now I'm off pills, but have to take heart meds, kidney stone meds, antidepressant and more😢
Which inositol supplement are you using?
Im a cyster who just discovered you. I want to do all these things but for health reasons my fiance and i arent sure about kids. Most pregnancy prevention methods like the pill ( im on lo loestrin) cause weight gain. Depo shot too. Do you recommend any specific method for preventing pregnancy that works with this lifestyle?
Where do you buy the ovasitol?
My gynaecologist told me that it's not going to help me because my situation is so far gone 😕
They gave me bc too
Masking my thyroid symptoms at 21 they took blood work and said honey you have low thyroid give me bad skin patches ezcema and similar symptoms of pcos
Inositol or myo inositol?what will be good for PCOS?
Yes inositol is choline ,egg more it is loaded with it ,don't forget milk thistle
I started myoinositol this week and I have been having terrible headaches. Should I start with a lower dose?
What is the plant she plucked from?.
I need that tea pot.
I am 53 and a CYSTer with insulin resistance, ceoliac, Hashimoto’s, and 6 months ago also diagnosed with Graves (and a heap of other problems too). 🤦🏻♀️
After being told I could not have children was blessed with three surprises in five years.
Thanks, C.
How much inositol do you suggest we use? We have supplements ranging from 25ug to 2000ug
I was 13 when I started birth control
Inositol always makes me start spotting outside my period! I get my period regularly do I still need to take it?
What about when they say you don’t have pcos cause you don’t have cysts on your ovaries but did have huge ones on your fallopian tubes ? And have all the symptoms of pcos except the cysts ?
Inositol didn't work for me just made my acne go worse and I still don't have my period regularly
what you are drinking
What have you found to be the best form of birth control though if you have worries about that? I’ve had bad experiences as a kid taking birth control which they blindly put me on when I was maybe around 14 and suffered from bad acne irregular periods and other symptoms which they told me was a hormonal imbalance but never did tests or gave me diagnosis or really checked up just got mad when I said certain medicines made it worse or didn’t help or I had allergic reaction to. I heard bad stories of the IUD too so I’m scared to try it, not sure what other options there are
