I found this to be very relaxing. I enjoyed watching you draw this in ink over pencil. That is how I normally do my pen and ink works. I also loved the character atop it all. Thanks for this.
Watching your creations makes me feel compelled to follow along. I would never be able to draw like that but it still fun to try. 🙃 Your characters are so adorable and the style is 👌❤️❤️❤️
I am very glad to watch the growth of your channel, it is pleasant to watch how gradually a story turns out from small strokes and lines, very atmospheric. I will continue to wait for the video in a longer format to see almost the entire process ❤
Hi from Turkey/Türkiye!! I just learned that you were born here and also the illustrator of The Ocean at the End of the Lane. I love your illustrations for that book also the videos here!!
Really enjoying watching this. You’ve been an inspiration as I work with all kinds of pens including dip pens. I even bought your recommended nibs so nice and even works with white ink! Great channel.
Im curious, how do you film when you draw? Do you hold the camera with left hand while you draw? Or someone else shoot while you draw? Because I dont think its a steady tripod shot. 🙏
Hello Nikh , Greetengs from Bosnia and Herzegovina ,Love your art ❤. can you tell me how to immprove imagination drawing , i can only draw when looking at someones art piece and draw the same.
Hello, and thank you! I recommend practicing drawing from life. Bring a sketchbook with you everywhere and draw what you see. Over time practice making changes to the things you see.The goal is to build a mental library to use when you are drawing.
Fantastic illustration. I love the overall composition, the organic lines of your inking and the subtle colouring. The brushes that you use though are already "dead" because you used them for inking too and need replacement. Don't use the same brushes for inking and watercolor. The Gum Arabic residue of the watercolors destroys your India Ink's formulation and the ink's shellac residue your watercolor paints.
@@Henderverse I apologize then :) The angular one though looks like you used it with ink. Whatever is the case it would be for your convenience to replace these brushes because the small round one has a crooked/hooked point while the angular one has a very blunt point. I have the notion that waterbrushes, those with the reservoir on their handles would suit to your painting style as well. Have you ever tried any waterbrushes? I
I love your style, please keep uploading, always looking forward to it ! 🤎🍃
I love this smaller drawing and looking forward to see more of them! Awesome style!!!!! Thank you for sharing!!!
as an artist, I’ve been able to see how my “chaos” can become something “peaceful” and that’s moving 🫰🏽
Amazing work, really inspring to watch, thanks for sharing!

@@creativecolours2022 Thank you! Though I don’t use my brushes for inking, I only ever use dip or fountain pens. Useful info all the same.
