I’m glad that sega and sonic team realize how important of a character he is and I can’t believe his motorcycle is coming to life. Shadow’s future is going to be better than the meta era. As for Kirk, he’s making shadow a lot more funnier than edgy. As for the game, I’m hoping we could get a scene of him maybe talking to Maria one last time to give him a proper goodbye like Issue 171 from Archie and most definitely we get super shadow and some badass soundtrack.

I wonder if we’ll also be getting short comics for this marketing campaign like we did during the Fast Friends Forever campaign last year.
Something that caught my eye when I was reading the summary of the game on the PlayStation store was the mention that Shadow would be unlocking new powers. Shadow is already pretty busted as is, what else could they possibly give him? I'm very curious.
One thing I want from Sonic X Shadow is very unlikely but here it is. I want part of the story to be Shadow reflecting on himself. I want the story to recognize his drastic character changes since after Sonic 06. I want him to look at himself and realize that yes he’s protecting the world but he’s kind of lost sight of what Maria actually wanted for him. To help the people of the planet yes, but to be happy himself. Thus we get a Shadow who still fulfills the role of the edgy cool guy, but has more hope in his heart again. I know this is very unlikely but Sonic Frontiers was able to create a beautiful character arc for Tails where he looked at the regression of his character over the years and bounced back from it. I want to see a similar thing for Shadow.
