Hello Jovane! If you open a restaurant, would you cook, try the food and put it back and serve the customers? Haha! I know you wouldn't, of course! It's so nice of you to cook for your brother and his girlfriend even when you have already eaten your dinner! It's even nicer of you to treat your brother and his girlfriend to an Omakase dinner! Any vacancy left to be your brother? Hahaha! I agree that "Life is all about experience" and it's really a fate that in this life your brother (your family and friends as well) and you is brought together. You are doing great that you really treasure your relationship with your brother and "sayang" him a lot (sometimes bully him also la. haha!)! Keep it up! 个人意见，寿司的材料和饭的比率不适合，而且食材重复了好几遍，感觉就是用一大堆好料砌成，也缺少了口味上的层次感，非真正日本江户前寿司师傅的水准。
吃寿司时，食材向下饭向上会比较好吃哦。
我是觉得怎么寿司叠得那么高，不像是正宗的 omakase。这样能好好品尝到每一层的食材吗？感觉吃下去的味道和口感会变得复杂。可能是我自己 suagu 😂
@@kityew23 其实寿司的重点是饭，饭才是主角。寿司饭上面的食材其实该如何配搭，两者合而为一，衬托出食材的好味道之余又不忽略饭的甜酸度和口感才是一件好的寿司。
至于真正的omakase, 除了好的寿司，每一道菜背后还要有其目的与增加层次感，那样就更考师傅的功力了。
