Mughith’s heart had to be broken in order for there to be a Fiqh ruling for the benefit of the Ummah. Palestinians have to suffer in order for the current Ummah to wake up from our slumber. Sometimes Allah SWT uses people as tools to improve the Ummah. May they all be rewarded for their hardship and suffering.
This teaches another important lesson too. When someone decides to leave you never beg them to stay...never beg them to love you...this never works. Let them go. Prophet (saw) knew this❤
Alhamdulillah
Indeed you cannot force love
Islam is the most logical religion I have known,
Everything is very logical constructed
Love n respect for our beloved sheikh
Sheikh please continue your Qusas al Anbiya and library chats , our hearts hunger for knowledge, keep them long and comprehensive, i want to learn from you
Love these epic masjid khatirahs and khutbahs , i have never ever skipped them ahead but listen to them attentively, i sleep at my local jumuah khutbah because i cant connect to it and it gets repeated every week , nothing new!!

SubhanAllah! what a practical and beautiful deen Allah swt has blessed us with and how wonderfully our beloved Prophet (SAW) and his Sahabas lived it and had shown us that the society can exist by following Shariah, which is a way of peace in this life and a sadaq-e-jaariya for hereafter. Thank you Shaykh for the reminder.

So sad for Mughith
His fault for simping
@@ibukungolo4261you’re calling a sahabah a simp don’t do that
@@ibukungolo4261you shouldn't talk like that about a sahabi may ALLAAH be pleased with them all... not to mention also that i'm not sure how wise or correct it is to apply western principles based on western people to the best generation of the islamic ummah!!... barira radiya ALLAAHU anha was neither a fornicator nor a user of alcohol/drugs she was a decent sahabiya after all & we have many stories of good muslim men pleading with good muslims women to marry them, for their deen not their beauty etc
we dont use that for sahaba@@ibukungolo4261
Alhamdulillah
Another lesson if you’ve authority you can’t force 2 people to stay in knot
In this day and age when Muslim girls from chicago not considering boys from other cities and vice versa. In this day and age when immigration status decides to get married or stay married or not. In this day and age where Muslim rate of divorce is highest compared last several centuries giving more reasons to get depressed from spouse doesn't make sense especially considering that Muslims in west are not mature enough feel entitled and unwilling to compromise.
Aslamu Alaikum every thing is like from sharia they derived and formulated it
Another lesson is woman in iddhah period moving out of the house and walks freely on the road.
Imam Qadhi
Is there any history of the relationship between Muhammad SAW, and his uncle, Abu Lahab, before prophethood?
I wish you give transition
How can the $ origin be applied to anti money laundering law?
Practioner being asked to perform Customer Due Diligence or Know Your Customer with regards to the $ source and also Ultimate Beneficiary Owner with respect to the $ destination
I need a Suggestion..Is it only for slave woman..or it is applicable for women..who is not a slave and then free as Bareera
Does anyone know who the reciter is at the end? Jazakallah Khair
Sajjad gul I believe
Who told you to wear a cap, buddy?
We can try finding out if we have some free time on the day of judgement.
May Allah protect us all.
no one thought to pay for mugheeths freedom at the time to help save his health, marriage etc??
also was he freed in the end, did he remarry and what happened to the child??
this story is incomplete
Simping brings heartache and heartbreak .
you shouldn't talk like that about a sahabi may ALLAAH be pleased with them all... not to mention also that i'm not sure how wise or correct it is to apply western principles based on western people to the best generation of the islamic ummah!!... barira radiya ALLAAHU anha was neither a fornicator nor a user of alcohol/drugs she was a decent sahabiya after all & we have many stories of good muslim men pleading with good muslims women to marry them, for their deen not their beauty
@@KASERQARNashaytaancan u pls give me names of such sahabas to search there stories.i am actually curious.
This is distortion. Free women are not allowed to leave a marriage. Only a judge can annull and classically only for specific reasons. Barira as a slave had an option when freed. That does not apply to any woman today and classically faskh is only given by a judge for very specific reasons. This is liberalising of our religion to make it seem otherwise.
Exactly what I was thinking
I'm not sure how accurate your statement is as I do remember coming across a story of a sahab couple separating bcz the wife was simply not getting along with the husband may ALLAAH be pleased with them...
In any case, did you know that in saudi "sharia" courts allow faskh by any member of the wife's family, EVEN IF THE WIFE & HUSBAND DID NOT WANT FASK/TALAQ, based on "incompatibility of the castes of the tribes of the husband & wife!!" & they attribute that to a story about omar radiya ALLAAHU anhu which shk al-huweini has stated was a false story & even questioned how any muslim can even believe such claims about the second khalifa omar radiya ALLAAHU anhu... just saying
@@KASERQARNashaytaan She just goea for khula and prqctically speaking, no judge is going to say no so its really just being over technical
@@KASERQARNashaytaan
You need to cite references. But if you are referring to the well know incident where the woman who recently got married could not bear her new husband then this is an example of separation by agreement as the text of the hadith make clear. There was a return of mahr. Khula.
This is not the Same as faskh.
The way YQ presents it it here can be considered deceptive.
A judge may annul a marriage based on specific reasons but not because as YQ put it “ better options”.
Anyone would get that impression from how he portrayed this story.
Again, this was an example of a slave woman exercising an option after being manumitted. No free woman ordinarily has this option at all and no madhabevee said she did.
@@ChronoEconomicabro i understood it as a slave woman is allowed to leave her husband after she is freed? Is this a correct statement?
Stop saying slavery is over. There are slaves all over the planet, including nominally Islamic countries.
But not slaves in the form of the Trans Atlantic slave trade. Nowhere in history did slavery exist as it did in the Americas.
He is talking about real Muslims
He means institutionalized or legal slavery, the type you are talking about also exists in england and other places outside of MENA
It's illegal and underground now he is talking about it being a social norm it's not a social norm anymore
It's hard to respect Yasir. He is not a scholar because he encourages Muslim men to commit sexual harrassment of Muslim women. He makes PR videos for Hasan Shibley and Nihad Awad. And they are both accused of sexual harassment. But Yasir wants money from Nihad. Yasir is undignified.
