this was such a good pod. i ran a few of these ideas through GrailWriter and got some interesting keywords. Tattoos seem like a much broader niche than I thought with good keyword volume on the long tail too. love that you shared these ideas openly.

Great pod as always. I know you sometimes read the comments so here's an idea - Auditio. Be the fly on the wall. A high ticket paid service where industry experts allow you to listen in to calls/meetings to get unfiltered insights from the front line. One click listen ins. Auto notification to those on the call that they've got an 'apprentice' on the call to allow for consent. Perhaps an upsell to as 3 questions after or alike. Wdyt?
On the upwork/fiverr idea… instead of creating a new platform why not create the job tasks with a profile in those existing platforms and simply do the jobs faster… people don’t need to know the details of how you are getting the job done. Sure with a new platform you own the equity but also need to put in hours and money on marketing. Alternative you can do BOTH. Provide the resulta in upwork/fiverr in a way that advertises your platform (which in sure it’s against the TOS but there’s surely a “white hat” way or doing it) perhaps the link to the spreadsheet/finished task asset is “hosted” in your site or something. Upwork has an API btw so it can be done programmatically
@borjafat Nice Idea, you scrape jobs from all freelance platform -> ask AI to curate the list foreach jobs that can be done by AI with a report foreach jobs -> like you said make it your self with ai or you make a paywall to access this report in advance as a paid newsletters

Upheal and Mentalyc are Zoom -> transcript -> structured notes for mental health professionals. Nil human scribe needed. Both work relatively well in my exp. Bit clunky to get used to the process but if it becomes more streamlined I'd use ongoing.
Does anyone else watch or listen to these and have absolutely no idea when they say “just build these out”. If I could just “build something out” would I even be listening?
You looking at this means you already won't achieve anything. Where there's a will there's a way. You learn to code or hire a developer and figure it out. You can't be spooned to achieve success
