EA could still easily give the people a set of textures, colors, etc they have to work with so they match better. The main issue is like woods in the game never really have the same tones. it would be fun with a house. that started as nice home. got abanded. then some students moved in. So windows doors and the building can be nice. some staines and cracks added. but all the furintures are cheap.
What if you do like 3 houses next to each other, then look for roommates and block the doors of each “house” so they can only enter to one house per roommate? Idk if I explained well and if its possible (never tried it before)and also idk if I wrote that right hehe, greetings from Mexico💖
I remember seeing someone building on this lot dorms for students, it was this type of style houses glued to eachother, so that's an idea, if you wanna try and do something like that as well
All I want is a color slider. I struggle constantly matching colors in builds and cas that I almost always default to black and white. It limits everything so much and I can’t stand it. I realize create a style in ts3 was way too much but the only option being a handful of swatches just drives me absolutely crazy.
It would be nice to see you do challenges where you can decorate your houses a bit more. I understand that obviously for challenges like this, you have to keep to the budget pretty strictly, but I also think some of the rooms just end up missing out on what they would have realistically e.g. the dorm without the dressers. I guess it is just a compromise for the challenge. Your house ended up looking so pretty and I absolutely love your videos! Please keep them coming :))
It would even be cool if they made a lifeline in The Sims 4 or any of the Sims game you definitely need to put a police detector and fire detector in there
It is actually possible to find the neighboring houses in the debug menu. I had placed two debug houses with my own functioning build somewhat mimicking their exterior between them to utilize this lot. I think when there is a single house on this particular lot it looks a little out of place no matter how cute or nicely build it is.
I was just renovating this exact lot the other night and had this same problem with the windows/doors in this pack. They look nice but man the swatches are inconsistent to a point where I don't even want to use them. :(
Yeah I have problems just fighting with the roofs. You guys never said it would be that difficult. But thanks for the tricks you have told me. Keep on simsing and game on.
The original architecture is spot-on for an English village. It's called a two-up two-down, meaning the number of rooms on each level. Toilets on these houses would originally have been outside and are retro-fitted to the upstairs making one of the bedrooms smaller. They would have been in long rows of terraces, but this was pretty good as a realistic modest starter home for an English village.

(I'M SORRY IF THIS SOUNDS WEIRD BUT CAN SOMEBODY LIKE THIS SO THAT I REMEMBER-)
What if you do like 3 houses next to each other, then look for roommates and block the doors of each “house” so they can only enter to one house per roommate?
Idk if I explained well and if its possible (never tried it before)and also idk if I wrote that right hehe, greetings from Mexico💖
yasss first, i'm always waiting for u to post so i could have something to watch while eating dinner!
“That’s how you save money, it just has to be small”
Me with micro homes that cost hundreds of thousands of dollars: oh is that how you do it
You do o musch for this channel, we love you! I'm never out of things to watch with you!!
I remember seeing someone building on this lot dorms for students, it was this type of style houses glued to eachother, so that's an idea, if you wanna try and do something like that as well
I want her to redo this with the rent pack!!
I am in love with this house simsie. You are soooooooooo good. 💛
The outside of this build is *chefs kiss*. That floor-to-ceiling tile, though, is going to give me nightmares.
I really love this starter home. Kayla really outdone herself with this one!
Could you do Sims 4 but every room is a different Taylor swift album? Love you 💚
the amount of times that kayla says "so lets kill that window" is hilarious
It would even be cool if they made a lifeline in The Sims 4 or any of the Sims game you definitely need to put a police detector and fire detector in there
I actually love the university bedroom furniture, especially the lighter colors !!
Dream home vibes for meeeee, I would love to see a renovation of it without money limitations!
i saw the thumbnail and immediately knew this was going to be a gorgeous build
"There's totally not enough space for a dresser in this room." The Tiny Living dresser: 😟
"You ever just wanna cry over a sims item" yknow sometimes I worry about simsie
That’s literally the story of my life 😭
The outro song is a song that Dankpods uses all the time, it's so weird hearing it in a different context than headphone tests.
"I will spend a significant amount of money my own columns, just so I can be less sad." I think we can all identify with that.
Really loved the look of this build!
It is actually possible to find the neighboring houses in the debug menu. I had placed two debug houses with my own functioning build somewhat mimicking their exterior between them to utilize this lot. I think when there is a single house on this particular lot it looks a little out of place no matter how cute or nicely build it is.
this house legit reminds me of the houses in the uk and i loveeee itttttt
The build actually looks very cute and realistic! You are great! :D
I was just renovating this exact lot the other night and had this same problem with the windows/doors in this pack. They look nice but man the swatches are inconsistent to a point where I don't even want to use them. :(
I love this style of videos so much :D
Yeah I have problems just fighting with the roofs. You guys never said it would be that difficult. But thanks for the tricks you have told me. Keep on simsing and game on.
The original architecture is spot-on for an English village. It's called a two-up two-down, meaning the number of rooms on each level. Toilets on these houses would originally have been outside and are retro-fitted to the upstairs making one of the bedrooms smaller. They would have been in long rows of terraces, but this was pretty good as a realistic modest starter home for an English village.
simsie this build looks SO GOOD
I absolutely died when she said “That I absolutely cannot believe”
The audacity they had 😂
love the staircase placement!
You are so amazing at making houses, I love your builds💜
love this house, it's so pretty
I'm gonna cry if she does another base game house with that horrible kitchen,,, and that budget -__-
I like how the guy just had sports equipment and a laptop and the girl has a rabbit rug💀
I literally downloaded this the moment you posted it yesterday and I'm using it for a purple-themed Sim doing a physics degree
u have such good taste I'm obsessed with all of ur builds 🤩
3:13 I’m taking this outta context
Omg, that tile is something else.
