yes, you count to 3 when the laser turns on, then you pass through the laser when you get to 0.
you run through the second laser, then jump on the side platform below the 3rd laser. You then jump twice to escape the last one. You can then just straight up pass the laser after that because of the timing which is cool.
Yeah. I’ve only seen it twice and attempted it and failed a few times. It’s very cool.
4:46 "just little touches. small, slight touches on this stuff" 💀
Really! I sometimes turn up the volume and mute the music so I can hear each landing despite not seeing it well. Knowing when you land allows you to jump faster, making it really a light touch
@@maththrive umm, i meant that it sounds sus
Josh reacted to this lol! "I can't believe it, this is wild."
True. Josh initially thought 14 minutes was the fastest anyone could get, and he intentionally put some of these skips in it.
@@maththrive He intentionally did?
@@eggnoodle4045 yeah. Some skips were put in on purpose.
3:13 this is why he is ragebloxtoenailFLIPPER
Haha ah.
2:11 actually, 🤓erm, the proper term is "Electro Skip"
tbh i have no clue what the name of it is
True The Electro skip is the proper name, but Blackhole showed me it was possible in that UA-cam short/live stream.
1:15 Ah-Ah-Ah, AH, Ah, Ah ahahAA
Sound effects are the best. Imagine if gims had me as their voice actor
This is crazy
True
Congrats again roblock!
Most definitely.
My best time is a minute and 20 seconds behind the world record
Still wild time! Faster than me!
you should review my gimkit creative game it's called 6 NIGHTS AT GIMKIT'S
I played a lot of Trending games and that was one of them
@@maththrive could you play it on your channel it got unpublished so I had it republish it
He’s gonna get a sub 0 soon trust (he grinds the game 26/7)
Very true. He’s a beast… and his other world records are wild too.
Great vid! Also, I was wondering, do you know anything about Gimkit Season 3? Btw, congrats to my man roblockcornerclipper!
Well a few things… I think Season 3 will begin in March with a new game mode or massive gimkit creative update in May, and will possibly end in August to Early September with a new season 4 and possible game mode hinted at.
We can assume the Dragon Gim in the Blastball ad is a hint at Season 3, since it said Season 3. We can possibly assume the medieval theme will be a part of Season 3 since the Dragon is there… Also the platforming may come to gimkit creative around March which would reflect the first time we’ve seen medieval props.
@@maththrive Any hints about the new gamemode? Like what it'll be about or about what kind of gamemode it'll be?
So a few hints of things I’ve heard. Some we knew and some are theory: 1) Josh wanted to add crafting to Gimkit creative… fishing zone… moving sentries in both top down and platform modes, Ozi skin sentries that move… DLD was initially going to be a mountain climbing game mode with moving sentries.
The blast ball is 3D so there’s still an idea of more 3D style props that move.
Emotes could be coming based off the blastball ads where the gus gim is winking. We know it’s not just a drawing like the thumbnails of the game modes but an actual in-game image of an emote cosmetic.
Other than that… what the game mode could potentially be, I think it’ll be something big and secret.
Blastball was small with a huge mechanic. DLD was relatively small with a big mechanic. One Way Out was big with a few small mechanics like gadgets, lasers, and sentries along with lore. My prediction is that gimkit is learning to keep it simple to increase new game modes and throwing just one new mechanic at a time… so we could get another farming/fishing type of game mode… maybe cooking or crafting…
Typically the order has been Fishing(chill) tag/ctf(competitive) Farmchain(chill) Snowbrawl/Survival(competitive) 1WO(non competitive but not chill) DLD (non competitive I mean you don’t impact other players) Blastball (competitive)
If you believe DLD is competitive then the pattern is Chill-com-com-chill-com-com-chill-com-com… so the next will be chill… With chill games we typically see the biggest advancements and the take the longest to produce.
Lastly, in February gimkit plans on getting rid of the What Is game mode. When a teacher asked Jeff, Josh’s right hand, about it, he said it interfered with technical developments and it is the least played game mode. He shared that it will leave in February, which is right when season 2 ends… so we’re expecting something.

yes, these are math thingies
plus sign, subtraction sign, multiplication sign, and division sign.
MathThrive reference??? real???
True… MathThrive didn’t acknowledge the math lol.
Why is the music low pitched?
I don’t know. Most music I make is just to cover the background of a narration, to prevent the viewer from hearing pops and swallows that may occur.
how do i speedboost?
With the release of the new game mode, speed boosts are now removed from all platforming games
