I have Eveready 18W 4feet tubelight.
Had flicker problem
Found out that a Capacitor 10µf 50volt was the faulty one.
Replaced with a new capacitor of same spec and now the tubelight is working great as before.

Explanation is good. Plz tell me if inductor transformer/coil is burnt, what is to be done because, from the coil voltage is not forwarding to the led points? Coil is of 3 pins. Tripura.
