Looking forward to having you as my student in the new course, Japanese 7! 😊
Basically, when the verb is an u-verb, the vowel is changed into お in the hiragana ladder and pronounced as long o.
行く (iku) becomes 行こう (ikou), 飲む (nomu) becomes 飲もう (nomou), 帰る (kaeru) becomes 帰ろう (kaerou).
When the verb is a ru-verb, the る is dropped and replaced with よう.
つける (to turn on something) becomes つけよう, 開ける (akeru- to open smth) becomes 開けよう (akeyou), 見る becomes 見よう.
Then for irregular verb する becomes しよう.
Appreciate your great reminder, thank you!
The way you present and make it with engutranslation ist awesome I always appreciate your work please keep it up 🆙
