Never got the prescription. Probably was in the locked cabinet. Are there multiple endings to Ch1?

U can also get a hat for him, change time to 20:05 or 01: 40. It opens third part in oclock

Have you tried looking up a walkthrough that's typed out? Maybe there is something you have to do before that? AppUnwrapper.com has a good walkthrough

Don't worry. There are times I needed to look up how to do something in this game. Sometimes it's so obvious it hurts. :)
