Hell yeah ..its always replaceable..and atleast it lasted a long while ..its all about having fun and getting loud..love your content man can't wait to see new setup..
Love the videos man.your sundown was one of the main reasons I got an x series. Now you have me considering 2 team 15s or 18s for the 1800. How's the Toyota? I love my highlander. Debating on if I wanna replace my engine or go for AWD. Keep the vids up bro
Hey bud, I have the same exact sub(mine is built really tough as well) and I wanna do a 4th order for it.. Any way you could share your box design parameters with me? Thanks in advance..
@@SingleSubScrub I could have sworn when you changed the box that you went from 6th to 4th... I would prefer a 6th if space permits.. I'm trying to wall off my Silverado extended cab.. I have a Incriminator Audio 40.1 reserve that I can use or if I really want to put the screws to it I have a Crescendo bass clef 13k...
@@SingleSubScrub after rewatching recent videos I now see the port back there..lol.. I guess you just relocated the sub farther back as you said it worked better that way.. Sorry bro, I didn't see the port still back there😁
@@SCREAMerado just be careful with the crecendo. If you blow the sub using that there is a chance it could hurt the amp. Also, you can probably to a 1:1 or 1.5:1 6th just fine. It'll need to be a sideways 6th if in the extended cab though. Look up Matt Ekstroms single 18 civic for example
@@alanclark9000 not clipping it would obviously help. But 8 spiders aren't quite enough. It reaches peak to peak too soon after break-in and loses output & cooling alike. Next recone will have 10 to try and accommodate for this problem
I'll bounce back better then before as I always do 🙃
No doubt my guy
Love how you floted 2 towels at once!! That subwoofer is a beast.
One was a shirt :D

Mine is a 6th order so it's numbers wouldn't be applicable tbh. How much power do you plan on putting on it?

Clip?
Yep, I was clipping it regularly every day for weeks lol. I was planning on re-coning it though
@@SingleSubScrub you have dedicated power that blows the sub. What could you do to make coil stronger at this point?

Yea get that recone from directronix and you gonna love it. They have one with the nart coil I hear it's the top dog for that sub.
@@brick2077 yessir! Directronix is the only place I go!
Sucked u cooked it how many watts took it down.
I'm thinking between 6-8k clamped/clipped
