- Dustborn is a Game that has been recently released for PC, Xbox and PlayStation.
From my previous Video, I have heard a lot of people point out that the VA in this Game does feel forced.
What do you guys think about these voice lines?
I swear a fake mobile game ad seems more easy to watch then this.

In two minutes I saw poor writing, artists with unclear vision, teams not communicating with each other and a very confused game director. And I've never even been in their studio.

As others have stated here, there's been plenty of instances where people were able to get a lot of emotion out of ai voices. This just does them more of a disservice than most do when it comes to AI art.

Lets not lie here, the game is really bad but you cant just say "stolen assets" when it has an art style and not realistic slop
She just straight up lies. The fight starts when she yeets the bat at a robot that is telling her to comply with police.
It escalates when they send more robots and she destroys all of them.
Then they send actual people who... stop fighting and issue her another warning to comply. To which she uses voice powers and her friend sucker slams the police.
Then the big guy comes over and she says he is gaslighting? They started it? They gave them 3 chances to comply, how crazy are these people?
The whole game is like this. There's a scene in another part of the game where she literally brainwashes people out of protesting for a cause they believed in. This is peak leftism eating itself and I've never seen a single piece of media that puts it on such obvious display in a way a five year old would understand. People didn't make this game. Meat robots did. Philosophical Zombies did. NPCs did.

The voice performance exactly sounds like Sweet Baby quality.
The only thing that could (potentially) redeem this game is if in the end the “big bad” pulls a spec ops: the line and shows all the fallout from the “protagonists” actions where their gaslighting and wanton disregard for other people is getting innocents killed en masse. And all for what? Their hubris?
At least spec ops gameplay was good, even if the whole theme was completely ass.
