you know im not saying this to hurt you but if you know you can be succesful in business of pet shop why not resign to youre office i know that salary in gov usually is not so big and focus only to youre business and at least you can help others to have a job that you left and you can rest because you continue doing that someday youre body will collapsed over fatigue
Maybe once the world goes back to normal. So many people are struggling to survive and have two jobs to pay bills. I myself have to have two sources of income in order to make it. It is tough but hopefully the situation is not permanent. I do admire Dexter, because he is employing so many people and also forming partnerships with so many others, so that they can also have an income as well. On top of this, he is doing charitable donation of food and medical supplies to vulnerable families as well.
This is hopefully not a long term plan for Dexter, but just a necessity in the moment, until his business is big and profitable enough that he doesn’t require the income from his government business. Something has got to help fund the restructuring and rebuilding of his farm, now that the government has taken the land back that it sits on. Good luck, Dexter! I hope you continue to move from strength to strength, despite the hurdles that come your way!
@@juliemcgugan1244 you know im a business man too when im still working n company a realize that someday i want to have my own pest control company and i have it now i admire dexter for being hardworking but i do realized that when you are working so much youre body will sometimes beg for rest and if you dont the you will suffer health is wealth according others and fore if you dont take care youreself nobody will because youre in charge and if you have a heart attack or stroke or any over fatigue illness that may occur on to to you you will realized that overwork is not good also if you are a businessman focus on doing on making youre business big and money will come and you may help employ more people and you also helping yourself toand youre family but if you become sick and have a stroke or heart attack even the greatest doctor and most expensive hospital cannot bring you back in youre normal state because damage is done

i think he is just waiting to reach his retirement age or the years of service to retire so that he could enjoy the benefits even after his job in the government.
He is already successful in petshop/farming, as you can see he have a lots of helper thats why he can still manage to go to his work.

dexter im from indonesia. here, we give kangkung/ water spinach to our birds to increase their breeding hormone all year except in rainy season because they tend to give some bird diarrheas when the weather too cold

hi dexter, try to look kusot or chipsi in the petshop in your place, that is a nesting materials prefered by albs to put in their nest box, and instead of grass put malungay or moringa stem cut it in shorter and place it beside their food that is part of their diet, also they will peel the stem and bring to their nest box for additional nesting materials. and also try to put some straight wood perch to your aviary.

Wow! You and I are the same height, Dexter! There is nothing wrong with it. Even smaller people can have big dreams and aim for the stars! This will make our ambition seem all the more special when we achieve them! I have just achieved gaining my driving license for a car, at least 39 years of age. Who knows what is next? Maybe next I will try for a biking license?!

Hi dexter, a simple modification for ur bike height issue, just reduce the cushion size on the front seat n get the welder to reduce the size the metal seat holder underneat, ull get another two inches of reach to the ground, also for the aviry hang a range net with small holes on the door of the since u dont have a double safety door yet to avoid any escaping it will look neater, also cut a hole in the screen to put a feeder to avoid opening the door often.painting the screen black makes the screen less visible, just a few suggestion.

good day sir, about po sa ants pwede po kayong mag spray ng sevin powder solution sa flooring at sa wall ng inyong aviary basta wag lang po ma sprayan ang painuman at patukaan nila.. tested ko na po sa mini aviary ko matagal po bago bumalik yung mga ants pag nag spray ako good luck po sa pag iibon mo.

They dont have much space to perch only 2 swings .. sitting on net is not good for their feet and body they will get stressed which can affect breeding speed and quality
