In my POV, I believe below are a few of the reasons: 1. Scarcity of jobs for new graduates. The government could not attract investors to establish new companies in AP. 2. Unimaginably Sky rocketting prices of pretty much everything you can think of..you may feel a sector of the population received funds via schemes, but at the end, the price hikes neutralize the scheme funds. 3. A few leaders didn't cater to the common man's basic needs, use curse words in public, and behave heavy headed. 4. The public feared the future of AP, and the police and judicial system were in favor of the government. 5. Arrest of a senior opposition leader without adequate evidence. This moment galvanized the opposition leaders PK + CBN, and it was a final nail in the coffin for YSRCP.

Hi Barbell, I'm just one among the lesser percentage of girls who watch your videos. First things first, I have no bias neither do I belong to any caste of tdp, ysrcp or janasena. I believe that I don't even come from a place of full fledged knowledge regarding politics, I'm still learning. But writing this here cus I wanted to share my POV.
In my opinion because of our ever changing lifestyles and the responsibilities we have, most of the current citizens neither have the time or patience to look into what our leaders are doing. I live in Vizag and with the hindsight given above, let me tell you YSRCP has been the worst government I've ever seen. Ikkada Jagan cheyyani akramaalu levu. Rushikonda beach is and has always been a hot favorite for everyone - families/singles/couples/students/tourists. Alantidi Rushikonda beach lo unna konda meeda chetlu anni narikesi, konda motham tavvesaaru. Tourists vasthaarani pakkana manchi view unna road ni moosesaaru. Aina sare crowd vastunnarani beach lopaliki vellalante bike/car/bus parking pettaru(diff rates for diff vehicles). Parking is mandatory and you are not allowed to park elsewhere. Because of which the crowd started becoming less. Literally athanu Rushikonda meeda kattukunna palace chuttu pakkala area antha deserted cheyyalani target chesaaru. All this for what? For his selfish reasons so that he can live on the hill with a direct beach view peacefully. If you haven't already, I request you to look out for Rushikonda in google and view it's current state. It physically hurts to see the hill the way it is right now. Inka daarunam, midnight 3 am ki (daylight lo chesthe students oppukoru ani) eduruga unna GITAM university board ni demolish chesaaru, adi government area kinda vastaadi ani cheppi. Siripuram lanti most busy place ni walking arena chesi, VIZAG SQUARE ani peru petti akkada unna anni important turns moosesaaru. Aa area daggara pani padithe, to and fro inko 2 km extra travel cheyyali. Apart from this all, the unemployment and migration people here had to see makes a person in Vizag so sad that more than half of our population move to other cities looking for jobs. Jagan brought people to a stage where 2024 elections lo ae party vacchina parle kaani YSRCP maatram raakoodadu ani. This really made me determined to choose anyone but him.
I cast my vote for TDP. I have no bias for them and I'm not saying CBN is naive or innocent, it was about * CHOOSING THE LESSER EVIL *. How CBN brought Vizag back to life after 2014 HUDHUD in just a matter of few months is really commendable. Nenu CBN gaaru maatladatam live ga 2 times chusa and the amount of knowledge he had regarding everything is something Jagan doesn't. Kaani last time it was us people who gave him a chance, enduku? Athanu nerchukuntaarani. Jagan's mistakes would've been forgiven considering his age and experience. Kaani thappu/ teliyani thanaaniki dochukovadam/anayam/akramaaniki theda undi kada. The state has gone to dogs under his leadership.
Lastly I'd like to conclude by saying, if people can make a party win with a majority number of votes, they also have the power to bring them down. For someone who prayed from the bottom of her heart, liver, stomach and kidneys for a change in the government, I'm so so glad that the party I supported won ❤ I know the comments here are overwhelming in number but I hope my comment reaches you :)
Yes, it is all about choosing the lesser evil and anyone will be far better than jagan any day.

Barbell bro, I think you haven't experienced the pain AP people went through the last 5 years as you were living in US, hence you might not know the reason for YSRCP's disaster failure in 2024.
In my POV, I believe below are a few of the reasons:
1. Scarcity of jobs for new graduates. The government could not attract investors to establish new companies in AP.
2. Unimaginably Sky rocketting prices of pretty much everything you can think of..you may feel a sector of the population received funds via schemes, but at the end, the price hikes neutralize the scheme funds.
3. A few leaders didn't cater to the common man's basic needs, use curse words in public, and behave heavy headed.
4. The public feared the future of AP, and the police and judicial system were in favor of the government.
5. Arrest of a senior opposition leader without adequate evidence. This moment galvanized the opposition leaders PK + CBN, and it was a final nail in the coffin for YSRCP.
