picky with who I follow for skincare. This was a great video. I've been using the Ziip for 3 yrs. It totally works. I just wish the gels didn't increase in price. I'm using Le Mieux calming gel instead. Much more affordable. You may want to try Dr Ceuracle essence. It's beautiful too. Very hydrating

I just received my zip and I love how quick I can be finished with a treatment. I also have an assortment of sunscreens because I also apply everyday. I try to get the 50 SPF but sometimes they aren’t as easy to find and they don’t always work great under makeup.
So glad you are loving your ziip too! I have a couple of spf 30+, but have been lucky to find some stellar 50+ ones that work great under makeup.

I also love and have seen great results with using MAC, however, I am craving a more watery first step and am about to try out their Pink Serum for the next couple of months. Excited to see how that will go.
I have used the serum. It is great too...you only need a couple of drops. It is definitely the most potent. I would say you wouldn't even have to use it daily to still see great results to help make it last longer.
Girl, you know I live for your skincare videos! I’m glad you mentioned the Plated eye serum. I’m wanting to try that! Also, I’ve tried Plated Intense and finished a bottle. I did like it but didn’t quite get the hype. Honestly, I’ve been using Calecim multi-action cream and recently added the Calecim serum/ampoules with the cream. I’ve honestly never been so impressed with my skin after using a product. The combo of the serum and the cream is stellar!! Have you tried the serum? Oh, and unrelated but I did want to let you know I finally got the Chantecaille cushion fountain to use as a concealer. I have been looooving it! Day to day I’ll just use that but when I want a more made up look, I use Chantecaille, blend it then layer a small amount of Tarte shape tape (creamy version) on the darkest areas. Then I set it with Pat McGrath blurring powder. It’s the best under eye combo ever!!! So thank you for such a fabulous rec!! Take care!!! 💜💜💜
I have been curious on the plated serum, but it's going to take a lot for me to replace my Calecim anytime soon. I did just repurchase the eye serum though...I feel like I am really seeing results from that. So so happy that you are loving Calecim and that you got Chantecaille and love that too!!! 🙌🏻
Yay! Skincare. Love it so much when you pop on doing your skincare routines Mandy. I’ve got to try Brianna’s skincare as well as Calicem. I found the Sukayada Suhada Urea watery lotion on Japanese Taste and it was like 18.00 and received it within 5 days. I was shocked and so excited as it too is my Holy Grail Essence. So glad you showed Truology Mist as I am always looking for great Mist. You use Neogenisis GFS? Thank you Mandy. I’m sure not impressed with TNS Serum. I should be close to empty.

Yes! That is where I have the toner linked to and where I get it as well. They have super fast service. I don't currently use Neogenesis since starting Calecim...but still recommend it. It's a fabulous serum. I find that one better for overall barrier repair/recovery and the Calecim for the firming aspect.

Have you tried the LRP moisturizing SPF 50? I got it from Care2Beauty and I LOVE it. The other LRP sunscreens I've tried dried me out something awful.
I haven't! I am wondering if it would be a bit to moisturizing for me, especially under makeup, since I don't have any issues with the one I used here drying my skin out??? I will have to do some research. Thanks!
I enjoy your skin care videos because I always try something new that I end up loving! I have and love the Calecim growth factor but I use it at night. Do you think it's okay to use with tretinoin? You mentioned that you contacted them to ask about using it with L-ascorbic acid. Did they happen to mention using the growth factor with tret?
Yes, I have heard many people from Calecim be interviewed, saying that it is fine to use it in conjunction with retinoids. I have done so a few time and had not adverse results.
I use the Calecim MAC morning and night and pair with my tret at night and have had no issues.

Thank you!! I can't wait to hear what you think of the Calecim. I have used the serum in the past and will occasionally use a couple of drops in along with my cream. It's the most potent, but also the most expensive, so I always suggest the MAC for daily use and the serum for after microneedling or when your skin is in need of serious repair. ❤️

Thanks! I have seen a lot about them lately. I know I don't use all affordable skincare by any means, but some of their prices are a bit steep, and looking at the ingredient list and watching some videos, I can't seem to see what warrants it. However, I know a ton of people that use them love them.

I love your informative skin care videos, but I do not understand the hype over Calecim cream, which when you start looking for inci has so many pore clogging ingredients that I don’t know how people can even use it and pay so much money for it. Happy for all which can us or it and see results .
I personally don't love the term pore clogging as it's not one size fits all. Cleary, nothing in the cream clogs my pores, while it may someone elses. The same could be said for pretty much any skincare/makeup product on the market. We will all react differently. I could say I don't understand the hype on fermented ingredients because they trigger fungal acne on me, but I know that is just my skin and many people swear by the results they give. It's not that the ingredients don't work; it is just that we are all different. ❤️

I personally only use it in the AM to conserve it, but you can use it twice a day.
Hi Mandy, I'm eagerly awaiting my Ziip Halo arrival! Question: Does the conductive gel need to be applied to freshly cleansed skin? Or can I apply it on my "morning face," meaning last night's skincare is still there. (hope that makes sense)
Makes total sense. I have done it both ways...this morning I just applied it on my morning face and have many times in the past with no issue. But I have also cleansed first...the gel rinses off super easy with just water, so you can cleanse first and then just do a rinse if you wanted also.

I would love to use something with growth factors however I can’t find one that is affordable. I know ow I can’t afford a 100$ + product. If I could get a recommendation for one that is affordable that would be great
I have yet to find one that I have used personally and could recommend in that price range, but I will definitely be on the lookout.
I understand you shouldn’t go right under the eye with the Lift. You can with some of the other programs.
Hmm...I have never heard or seen that anywhere, and it's not mentioned in the contraindications on the site. A ZIIP rep has seen this video and didn't mention it either. I have been doing it since HALO launched, and it seems to be working great for me, but if you are uncomfortable doing it there, you would be fine to skip also. Thanks!

Hi Mandy! Hope you’re doing well! When it comes to using the Lift under your eyes, there’s no harm in doing so if it works for you. However, we often recommend the Founder’s Favorite or Depuff treatments for that area, as they use a smaller wavelength, which tends to be gentler on sensitive skin like the under-eye area. Some people may find the Lift a bit intense, but if it’s working for you, no need to worry!
sooo confused. Like you I put my Vit c on damp skin past 8 years. I heard u can’t use on damp skin that it doesn’t work. Thoughts? Great video thanks for all ya do.
I haven't heard that, and I have been using it on damp skin since I started Vitamin C 15 years ago. Another reason I love derivatives....there aren't near as many "rules" as with LAA, however I still have used LAA on damp skin with no issue.
where does the urea come from in the Suki Yaka Suhada toner?
It is synthetically produced in a lab according to google. 😉
I just started using the Calecim MAC and eye cream a few weeks ago and I’m not sure how I feel about the eye cream. What are your thoughts on it and do you like the Plated better?
@@jessicaharold1842 so I actually use them together. The plated isn’t moisturizing enough for me since it sinks right in and is more of a serum. I personally love the Calecim eye cream. I am almost done with my second bottle and plan on continuing with a third. The consistency is so nice and I have seen positive improvements for sure. 💜

Hi Mandy would the Callecim be okay to be used first with any L ascorbic vit c or is it okay specifically with Truology c3?
I use it first when I use LAA...I just wait till it dries down and then go in with the Vitamin C. ❤️

I still think they are great products, but I haven't used them in a while because I love these products so much.
Do you reapply your spf?
If I am just running errands or around the house and have makeup on. If I am going to be outside for large amounts of the day, most definitely. I just won't wear makeup and reapply every two hours.
