Oh man I remember looking it up at some point and getting nothing despite remembering I had played a (rather clunky) Scratch port of FNAF 2 I thought for the longest time it was Scott seeing stuff like that and getting it pulled down since it was just straight-up all the assets from the official games (That probably did contribute somewhat realistically but still)
this is one of the reasons I use websites like turbo warp, and don't post them to scratch, but on other things like itch or game jolt scratch projects get deleted easily which is also why a lot of people have a message in their games saying "please don't report"
Post shift 2 had so much potential. Art and animation wise, the creator is extremely talented at what he does. The models in that game are honestly some of the greatest I’ve ever seen in any FNAF game ever. But the gameplay was just too buggy and complex.
Yeah it was medium. Because it had a good idea and good graphics and everything. BUT the mechanics we're badly executed and it Made You more angry than scared.

I have to disagree with the idea of "Don't say a game is bad unless you've made one yourself." That's a pretty poor argument that seems to ignore that critique is important. Especially in Post-Shift 2's case. It might've looked okay (I wasn't fond of the animatronic designs, but the animations were clean) and sounded good, but the gameplay was fundamentally flawed. There was just way too much going on gameplay-wise and it was all introduced through overcomplicated textboxes. That's the sort of major flaw that a game creator needs to be told is a problem so that they can figure out how to correct it in upcoming games. I do hope they make more games in the future and can use what they learned in the development of Post-Shift to move onward. Personally, I would be hard pressed to make a Fnaf fangame when so many good ones get buried by an amount of spam on websites like Gamejolt. :/ Sometimes you'll go through three or four pages before finding one really good game that just got missed because it released at a bad time.

About the Forgotten Memories: I love this game. The effort the devs put into it is amazing, but everytime I try to fix something, the animatronics camp so hard... also, once they see you it's almost impossible to escape. There's also the low time to repair the stuff, also it's really goofy when everyone is dead but we still win because it didn't have time for the game over ends the game. That's the stuff that makes the game unperfect... but hey, it's still an amazing game, even more for Roblox
Honestly, scratch is such a good platform for creating free games I am saying this because I remember how complete FNAF 1-4 were ported to scratch a long while ago and they look very decent, they are basically mobile FNAF before the remastering
Scratch banned jump scares because kids were playing games has screamers hidden in them, and it got so bad that kids were straight up afraid to use the website. So now whenever you make a game that has jump scares, like the ones in FNaF, you have to put a warning and in most cases, add in a toggle that can disable them all together.
Rjac25 just abandoned post shift 2 after the version 1.0.2 update, he lost motivation to work on post shift 2 because of that, He's likely never gonna make Part C because he cant find other people to work with unless something happens.

@Echonex love your content but you forgot to mention that Roblox and Scratch are video game engines. 😳 I believe this is half the reason why so many people are surprised when they see games as good looking as these mentioned in the video. It’s a real fangame with well thought out mechanics, and the issues he talked about aren’t actually that bad when you realize that you’re supposed to have a squad of 4 doing this, safeguarding each area, keeping eyes on the animatronics. It also has a full custom night.

Plus the game is a one time thing before it gets repetitive while TPRR is community content mostly. I don't engage in any roleplay in TPRR, rather I play UCN types (where you read people's mechanics, pick whoever you want and defend from them)

Post Shift 2 was plagued by feature creep which sucks cuz its good almost all other aspects is amazing but ...gameplay is really 90% of a game in this style
me and one of my friends played fnaf co op ok roblox and the minigame ‘fredbears revenge’ was so funny. for some reason fredbear was comically fast and he kept getting stuck on tables and walls. it was the amazing

Ok, you should've mentioned TPRR with the roleplay section, It's one of the best roleplay games honestly, Instead of doom and showing fredbear's revamped P2.
fnaf coop has a game breaking glitch in it. (which btw is a roblox game) all you need is 1 other person. if one of you justs goes as far as they can in a corner of some kind. if a animatronic comes and tries killing you. it will jumpscare you but you will stay on the static screen. what happens is the animatronic just keeps running into the corner so the whole game just becomes easy
