One of my patients was born in 1928, he now mostly lives with memories of serving in the military during the Korean War, but he has told me some amazing stories of growing up in the depression Era, and how our home town was mostly farms(now more of a city area), and has even taught me a lot about my great-grandfather and grandfather as they were both dead by the time I was born in the late 80s.
