Good information. But you have not done enough research according to me. For example, - the prices have come down especially in the west side and more than 300,000 flats are yet to find buyers. It’s a reality! - especially in Kukatpally, the stand alone apartments are not authorised and hence they become mostly illegal - the eastern part has rapidly raised prices - ex. A 1500 sft 3 bhk flat in a nondescript building was 90 lakh and today it’s being sold at 1.2cr. Just hyped up for no reason. The fact is that the current government has no IT focus and doesn’t care to capitalise on the boom from its predecessor! Moreover, the investments will be shifted to AP if the government changes there. It’s a fluid situation for now. I’ve been searching for a reasonably priced apartment (not just inflated prices) I’m Kukatpally/Miyapur area but don’t have any success yet.
