jason’s song is about scooter braun as far as i know. she wrote it with her friend/broadway legend jason robert brown, which explains the title
people say this but i don’t think it is, because the album was finished in january 2016 and she was still with scooter at that time
Solitairez and she’s with him again? i thought she only "fired" him for a little while? not tryna invalidate your point here, but she still could’ve written the song about scooter. the timeline might also be the reason that jasons song isnt on the official album but idk

Her song 'Focus' was meant to be the lead single from Dangerous Woman. The album was planned to be named 'Moonlight'.

yes this was supposed to be the OG direction but focus received mixed reviews from the public
They made the right choice in both cases. All the singles from Dangerous Woman are much better than Focus. And Dangerous Woman perfectly encapsulates where Ariana was as an artist-she was a much more confident and sensual artist by that point. Also, take a shot every time she says the word “danger” throughout the album.
Focus, was a cheap replication of problem. there, I said it. It was crafted in the same way, same beats, same vibe, just without a rap line. Im glad it was included in the DWT, as it's classy, feminine, catchy. But it did not have the power to have lead the album.

sweetener was the album that was her "return" to the music industry after taking a break after the manchester tragedy. its a very healing album and i think that will help to understand it when you listen :)
Sweetener and a few songs off of tun. Have helped me through some tough times. Sweetener (get well soon, breathin, everytime and rem) Thank u next (fake smile, makeup, tun (live) bad idea and bloodline!! Ugh all of her albums are so good!!

It’s called Jason’s Song because the piano player is the Jason Robert Brown. He essentially put Ariana on the map in terms of acting. He helped write and arrange the song
