- This massive overgrown garden disaster is part of our local community's youth group, and it backs onto the local shopping centre as well. I saw it when I did another paid job and approached management and offered our services for free. You can see where someone tried a bit of a DIY cleanup (where the tools & bins are) but it didn't work out very well, and it had been neglected ever since. Anyway, we did the transformation, and it came up very nicely in the end. It's a bit of a pity actually, as the centre should be leading by example, but it made for great content and also helped the community. All up, the job took around 3 hours to complete, and we took out around a trailer load of green waste and some rubbish.

A: Nick was offered a full-time position at his other job as a Political admin!
Q: Why don't you use tarps instead of cans?
A: Tarps are too difficult to move through small spaces and lift into the trailer. The same for wheelbarrows, they are only good for unloading the trailer!
Q: Why are the hot water cylinders outside?
A: I'm not really sure to be honest, maybe something to do with space & maintenance, but either way, it really is poor heat efficiency!
Q: Why are you cutting so close to your employee!
A: I'm not cutting too close to my workers, they are standing too close to where I am working! All of my workers have been told numerous times about standing too close to the tools and about the hazards involved!
Q: Why do your workers do all the lifting and carrying?
A: Basically, they are employed to carry things and I pay them well to do the job required.
Q: You work so well together, how do you do it?
A: That's the magic of editing. My workers are basically given instructions on what to do, I just edit it all out, so the videos look seamless! - Розваги
If part of that building is actually a youth center then the youth groups who use it should be responsible for keeping it clean and neat. The comedown to the adults bringing the groups in. Once a month the youth themselves should be reporting for duty and cleaning around the building. There is no excuse for trash being left around trash cans. You guys as usual did a wonderful job. I am adding an edit that I would not expect the kids to do what you two did. Once you have done the hard work the youth and their mentors should keep it that way
Agreed. Teaching responsibility is part of what makes good adults.

Not only the youth but those that run the center. Apparently, the youth or the adults don't spend time outside. I think they have blinders on.
I will second the comments about the Youth being responsible for keeping that are clean and neat and free of debris. and I will also add that the supermarket should chip in for the heavy work as they store their carriages and dumpster back there as well. Lots of people who use that space are treating it like a dumping group and taking no responsibility!!
To me it looks like the building is abandoned and Woolworths are just using it as an overflow for there trolleys etc

Excellent job guys, and I'm sure the owners of the business will be shocked when they see how nice and neat that property now looks. It was such an eyesore before, and now look at that difference. Hopefully they will try to maintain that look.
Thanks for offering to do this Community Service; it certainly needed it. And you two did your usual excellent job! At least this PCYC was a cheery, bright blue - not so dull like the entrance to one in a previous video you did. I believe our youth shouldn't just be given things and not be expected to give something back. The counselors could have a weekly time period when a revolving group of able youth would have tasks - like picking up debris, raking leaves, putting shopping carts straight & pulling up little weeds before they get big. It wouldn't take a long period of time and each youth would have a chance to do something for others.

Since it's a youth center. a garden club should come & dig out the grass & show the kids how to have a garden also buy them blower & weed wacker that is kept locked up & used to teach kids how to take care of the property & have pride in it, same goes for inside, teach them to be proud of their "place" & keep it clean. I don't know who's in charge of that building but they might consider a different job. The upkeep is unacceptable and I wonder what else is not up to a higher standard. Where children and youth are concerned we need the best of the best. Great job men, it looks fantastic now!!
Looks like the Police Youth Club, I dont expect there is any money in their budget for garden/outdoor maintenance. Maybe they should make it part of the youth club activities.

Quick cuts is equal to perfect cuts. In some cases the brush cutter with blades would have been helpfull looking at it. The end result is always sweet! 👍🏻😎

Brent should get a collapsible trash bin (Harbor Freight sell them cheap) to help hold the bags open when he's picking up trash/garbage. So much easier than working with the bag alone. Good job guys.
