I'm team hair change - it's so fun to mix it up and it will grow back. Shorter length, layers, keep it natural color maybe with highlights. Life is short, go for it :)
Team hair change here!! I’ve actually always thought you would look sooooo amazing with collarbone length hair, with a few face framing layers!!! As far as colour, I honestly think any colour works on you!
Tip with the vinyl: poke a bubble with smallest sharp needle and push the air out and warm up the wrinkled area carefully with e.g. spoon dipped in hot water and then just press the area it should get straight again. I decorated my white dishwasher with glossy black vinyl to match my new floor stove. I also covered my white electric outlets with same black, now they fit better to my new kitchen table top.
The makeover is looking great! And I completely relate on the hair front, I also once had a full fringe and won't ever do that again! I also had a shoulder length hair once and won't do that again. But having long, fine hair can be a pain and hard to style. I fail miserably at buns, yours always look amazing, so if you ever fancy doing a mini tutorial on your bun and hair styling I would really appreciate it!
My daughter wears a long bob and it’s really cute. She can do a lot of styling with it using barrettes and headbands. She also braids it overnight for curls.
I went from long to short in 1 go. Never regretted it, I hated having my hair down for the same reasons u stated. It can always grow back, and there are many hairstyles u can try with short hair. Less hair to curl too 😉❤
tip for the doors: use a hair dryer should help stretch out any imperfections and if you do get any bubbles get a pin and poke it then flatten it☺️ also just go for it with your hair it will always grow back again 🥰x
Can't wait for the rest of this series ❤️ I've seen you & Nick twice at waitrose a few weeks ago but I'm always too shy to come up and say hi! 😊 Hope you're doing well x
BROWN AND SHORT BROWN AND SHORT BROWN AND SHOOOOOORT WOULD LOOK AMAZING ON YOU!! I have fine hair too and chopping it was the best decision I've made as far as hair!
I’d love to see you with a cute little lob haircut 😍 I’ve had my hair your length and just cut it to just below my shoulders and I’m in love it’s so volumised now! Plus I had that fear too of missing my go to bun but a half up bun with this length is perfect for keeping your hair out your face in a cute way 🥰
Always fun to change the hair. As for the kitchen... i think i would have loved white uppers and left the bottoms black. But that is just my quirky side 🤪
Easy solution to your hair- cut it off & if you don’t like it and it doesn’t work then get extensions until your hair grows back. 💁🏻♀️💓 That’s the miracle of hair extensions you can also get them if your hair loses “volume” and get them for thickness x
Love your decorating on a budget. We went to and it’s nice to see that you can get stuff that will be able to come off but still customize it into your own style
You should try the faux marble technique/epoxy on your countertops. It doesn't look that hard to do and looks just like real marble for less than $100. I'm sure you and Nick could knock it out of the park on that one. I've also seen people do the vinyl stuff on countertops but then you can't put hot pans or anything on it so I wouldn't suggest that. I'm redoing my kitchen (and house) as well. I'm doing my cabinets the same way with the vinyl stuff (but in a light grey color). Excited to see your progress 😁
Jazzy we love you we want to see more of you!! You are absolutely awesome you and your family love love your videos you are so sweet and beautiful stay safe and hope to see you guys more!! 🙏❤️
The good thing about a hair cut is that it grows back. Quickly for you, I can tell. I also have fine hair that was really thick when I was young so I know your pain. 😆 The best thing I ever did was to cut it very short from below the waist length. Never went back. So little time necessary to do my hair, less hair all over from shedding. I can play with colors because it grows out quickly and it doesn’t get too fried. Love the paper on the cabinets. I wish I could do that but mine had a design cut into them.
I have exactly the same hair as you!!! No, going shorter will not lighten the load of your hair and make it more voluminous. HOWEVER, It makes it so less obvious that it’s flat when it’s down!! I cut my hair short for this reason and I want to go long again but fear the same as you for going short, I hope that makes sense! I love how voluminous I can make my hair when it’s short, I fear I can’t do that when it’s long. Love you jazz!! XX
Layers can make a WORLD of a difference and if you still want more change after you can cut more, but if you go straight to cutting it short you can't go back lol!
I have the same hair issue. I only ever wore it up. A few months ago I chopped it all off. Much better. I’m planning to go even shorter next visit to hairdresser.
The damaged bits of the door put the hairdryer close to it and heat it up. That stuff is thermoplastic and it will stretch/shrink with heat and cold. Heating it up will be maleable and you should be able to smooth it out x
I have the same hair type! Mine was never as long as yours though I strived for it. I even permed it to give it something. Didn’t hold. To long and heavy. My advice….CHOP IT. Just to your shoulders. Add some layers to give it texture and movement and you’ll still be able to do your go toos. I went to the tops of my shoulders and what you know! My perm kinda came back to life!
The kitchen looks great, well done. I need to do something to my bottom cupboards. Not allowed to cover them like your doing. They said I can stain them but they are wood chips and glue, the pattern is painted on. So stain is not going to do it. Paint next best option. As there is water damage and their a bit wonky.
I really liked your hair blonde but the brown suits you well and it’s very rich looking! I have long hair and I’m constantly being told to change it but I broke my shoulder when I was young and I can’t properly dry short hair. I’ve tried it and it doesn’t work as I physically can’t hold my arms up high for long. So I’ve stuck with the long hair and just play about with my natural wave/curl
Jazz I love your videos!! As for the hair change, you could watch some Brad Mondo videos and pick a cut based off of his advice... I'd watch that! Also I love how this was about renovating and like half of it was about hair and you making dinner 😂😂😂
@Jazzy Vlogs, where did you get that garlic masher? I saw you use it and instantly thought "I HAVE to have one like that!" I LOVE the kitchen makeover! It's looking fabulous!
I have a side fringe, during the beginning of last year my hair was just below my shoulders. I was able to put it up in a messy bun, got fed up with my hair and had it cut my usual length-a Bob.
Did you ask landlords permission? I have a really dark kitchen that I would love to make white! Just so I don’t have to have to light on during the day! But mines rented too
Use water to apply vinyls smoothly on surfaces- just make sure to squeeze it out. And for bubbles- pinch them with something sharp and push on them, can use hairdryer to heat vinyl a bit so it flattens out better. Also yes, team hair change!!! ☺️
My hair is the same texture as yours! When I had it as long as you it also fell really flat on my head, now I have it a lot shorter, it's a bit better in the volume department but still not great, I can however still make a nice bun!
Makeover is looking good so far. About your hair, you could always go just past shoulder length that way you can still put it up in a bun if you want to. I love the blonde on you but like others have suggested you could do highlights. Red, and blonde streaks? Love ya
No to the perm😅 I made that mistake once! Maybe just take off about a quarter of your length and see how you feel about that, if you feel like you would be comfortable going a bit shorter, then go a little bit shorter and add a bit of layers. I have long fine hair too and layers are my saving grace!
Defo get a perm chick! I have the same hair texture and the same problem 🤦🏽♀️ i got a perm a few months ago and it’s still going strong I have a lot more volume!
I'm team hair change - it's so fun to mix it up and it will grow back. Shorter length, layers, keep it natural color maybe with highlights. Life is short, go for it :)
Her dark hair with little highlights would look so good ! And some layers and maybe a thin curtain bang?
CURTAIN BANGS!

i was going to say the same thing but you beat me to do it XD nice one !
What a difference that makes to the kitchen. Light, bright and clean lovely job Jazzy.

An angular Bob with layers would be cute! Natural color 🤎
Can't wait for the rest of this series🥳
I think you would look amazing if you cut it just above where you’ve had it coloured.
You can perm just your roots! It will give you the lift you want on top without curling your hair😁❤️💡
Having ”the thin hair but a lot of it” quality my self and the root perm really helps with the lift 👍🏻
The marble would look super good on the counter tops!
The kitchen cupboards look fab
Ive really had a bad day today, until you posted. Thank you for your light and positivity you radiate. You are the best ❤
BROWN AND SHORT BROWN AND SHORT BROWN AND SHOOOOOORT WOULD LOOK AMAZING ON YOU!! I have fine hair too and chopping it was the best decision I've made as far as hair!
I loved the cabinet doors white. It just brighten up the whole kitchen. It looks so much better. Love you and Nick.
I’d love to see you with a cute little lob haircut 😍 I’ve had my hair your length and just cut it to just below my shoulders and I’m in love it’s so volumised now! Plus I had that fear too of missing my go to bun but a half up bun with this length is perfect for keeping your hair out your face in a cute way 🥰
I liked the lenght your Mom cut your hair. Thats also my own optimal lenght, easy to make hair do's and stays airy.
Wow the kitchen is great I'm no good with diy but at the age of 55 I finally put a ottoman together that needed screws lol x
I’m an old American lady and I have used that paper for years. It works on your countertop also. It fades after awhile but then you put new on.
That time lapse at the end though!! 😍
You just gave me the answer to my problems. My kitchen is also brown.
Always fun to change the hair. As for the kitchen... i think i would have loved white uppers and left the bottoms black. But that is just my quirky side 🤪
The trailer of Cruel Summer already has me hooked lol
Layers and curtain bangs!
I love the ambre style wit h theblonde at the bottom half looks so pretty xxxxx maybe long layers? Xx
Love it half up half down

I haven't heard the "not" take back in a long while. You're the cutest 🤩. Hugs from central Ontario Canada 🇨🇦🐱🐈
Whyyy!!! I LOOOOVED the original cupboards😩
A perm would certainly give you the volume that you are looking for!! But I think you would look nice with any hair style you may choose!! 😊
Love how it’s coming along!! Looks great!
Wow! Made the room so bright! Can’t wait to see it all finished. Love your videos and cheerful personality!
Love your decorating on a budget. We went to and it’s nice to see that you can get stuff that will be able to come off but still customize it into your own style
I'm kinda mad at myself because I thought I Subscribe to this channel. But I just did. Omg how much have I been missing.
The cupboards and cabinets look really good with the white! I think the black on the inside of the doors looks very striking against the white insides

I like the brown!
I love your videos and the love room makeovers!
Jazzy we love you we want to see more of you!! You are absolutely awesome you and your family love love your videos you are so sweet and beautiful stay safe and hope to see you guys more!! 🙏❤️
I often can't can't words out of my face too 🥲
I'm imagining the shoulder length with natural color and WOW.
Your hair will grow back, it's fun to play with it!
The good thing about a hair cut is that it grows back. Quickly for you, I can tell. Love the paper on the cabinets. I wish I could do that but mine had a design cut into them.
Here's a little hint:
Take your hair dryer to the "oosp" ,heat the vinyl and press and work the area.
Love your channel.
I came to the comments to make the same suggestion...lol
I have exactly the same hair as you!!! No, going shorter will not lighten the load of your hair and make it more voluminous. HOWEVER, It makes it so less obvious that it’s flat when it’s down!! Your brown is so pretty! I think you should cut it with layers, right where it meets the blonde!
I’m loving the brown too! It really makes your eyes pop. 💇🏻♀️
Good luck wish you all the best ❤️
I have the same hair issue. I only ever wore it up. A few months ago I chopped it all off. Much better. I’m planning to go even shorter next visit to hairdresser.
You make my day. You're so awesome.
I'm team hair change! Maybe collarbone length with longer layers, some balayage? You could still put it up.
Looks really good love your style
The damaged bits of the door put the hairdryer close to it and heat it up. That stuff is thermoplastic and it will stretch/shrink with heat and cold. Heating it up will be maleable and you should be able to smooth it out x
I did my kitchen countertops and my range hood with that stuff, love it!
Looking fab, my brother and dad are graphic finishers they taught me to use a pin to pierce the bubbles and then it’ll flatten xxx
The cabinets looks great!! Good job! Can’t wait to see the finished look!
I use wood effect vinyl on our kitchen worktops and 😍😍so happy I did
I think some long curtain bangs would look great on you!
P.S. they were like this when I moved in.
Blonde pixie. Doooo it!
Ahh! I’m so excited for this series 💜
9:05 that pillow looks like a giant block of candy floss
Layers! Layers! Layers!
Omg! Hey Jazzy!!!! 👋🏼
Yay! I SO needed a smile today - excited about the series & the kitchen looks great. Hugs from America! ❤️
I love love love your hair blonde! It’s so cute on you and it brightens up your face. I’m excited to see what you end up doing!
hello jazzy 😊 I'm a fan of yours. you are such a ray of sunshine 🌞
I’m so excited❤️ Your videos are my fave!!
So excited for this series!
For hair I'd recommend layers for you if you want volume
I think the marble countertops would go good with the white doors

Yess I think go for it! X
Did you ask landlords permission? I have a really dark kitchen that I would love to make white! Just so I don’t have to have to light on during the day! But mines rented too
I am having the same hair issue and am going to discuss with my hairdresser on Sat x
I did the hair cut thing. I cut it all off. Now I have it so short and I love it. It takes me less then 2 minutes to do my hair.
You look amazing with blonde hair!
Team hair change. The lob would be so cute and low maintenance
Can u pls make this a series i loved it
jazzy your so amazing and i aspire to be as happy and amazing
as you so thank you
Cut it just enough so you can still put it up :) or cute around where your brown is ending on bottom area 🥰
Use water to apply vinyls smoothly on surfaces- just make sure to squeeze it out. And for bubbles- pinch them with something sharp and push on them, can use hairdryer to heat vinyl a bit so it flattens out better.
Also yes, team hair change!!! ☺️
Get it cut shorter than you have now then get some layers put in
My hair is the same texture as yours! When I had it as long as you it also fell really flat on my head, now I have it a lot shorter, it's a bit better in the volume department but still not great, I can however still make a nice bun!
Jasmin, you are perfect in every way. You do not need to change.
Looks really good 👍 xx

This video made my day great, thank you! 😍
Your hair looks fantastic as they are! I wish I had hair as your! 🥰
I really love the blond on you! It goes with your eyes perfectly!!!
