Here is a handpan groove with a mantra we play during our Yin & Sound yoga classes.
'Lokah samastah sukhino bhavantu'
Meaning:
'May all beings everywhere be happy and free. May the thoughts, words and actions of my own life contribute in some way to that happiness and freedom for all'

i hear the repeated low handpan D note which is supposed to co-respond to the throat chakra, is that correct?

You heard the note correct! But according to the indian knowledge I have studied, the G note corresponds to the throat chakra!
