  • Here's a simple recipe for making rava dosa:
    Ingredients:
    - 1 cup rava (semolina)
    - 1/2 cup rice flour
    - 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
    - 1/2 cup yogurt (curd)
    - 1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
    - 1 green chili, finely chopped (optional)
    - 1/4 cup finely chopped coriander leaves
    - Salt to taste
    - Water, as needed
    - Oil, for cooking
    Instructions:
    1. In a mixing bowl, combine the rava, rice flour, all-purpose flour, yogurt, cumin seeds, chopped green chili (if using), coriander leaves, and salt.
    2. Gradually add water to the mixture and whisk until you get a smooth, thin batter. The consistency should be similar to that of buttermilk.
    3. Let the batter rest for about 15-20 minutes to allow the flavors to meld and the rava to soften.
    4. Heat a non-stick tawa (griddle) or dosa pan over medium heat.
    5. Once the tawa is hot, lightly grease it with oil.
    6. Stir the batter well and pour it onto the tawa in a circular motion, starting from the edges and moving towards the center, to form a thin layer.
    7. Drizzle a little oil around the edges of the dosa.
    8. Cook the dosa on medium heat until the edges start to turn golden brown and crispy.
    9. Once the edges are golden brown, flip the dosa and cook for another minute on the other side.
    10. Fold the dosa and transfer it to a serving plate.
    11. Repeat the process with the remaining batter, stirring the batter well before pouring each dosa.
    12. Serve the rava dosa hot with your favorite chutney or sambar.
Enjoy your crispy and delicious rava dosa! Let me know if you have any questions or need further assistance.
