This guy must have had a big network or some kind of in with a large group of people to pull those number right out the gate.
It's called "Buying" and actually "working" leads. Try it sometime.

We enjoy numbers Cody, not just "feel good" interviews.
I think it may be a good idea to generate debt free life leads as well and if you guys can develop a software that can show people the numbers and how long it will take to get out of debt using whole life and maybe also a retirement calculator for Annuities and IULs. Just some thoughts.
