- For many people the hydraulic press that is presented on this video is just a machine with an amazing power but for the ‘make it extreme’ is a precursor of the amazingly, big press that we are planning to make in the future.

I bet there’s nothing you guys couldn’t make, once you put your minds to it. Your work is inspiring.
As a professional fabricator of 45+ years myself, Awesome, don't let the doubters and haters get you down, this is my favorite channel, you give me ideas.
THERE IS NOTHING D.I.Y. AT WHAT YOU DO...!!ITS LIKE WATCHING A FACTORY PRODUCTION LINE...!!YOU REMIND ME OF MYSELF!....SUCH AMAZING CREATIVITY...AND UNEARTHLY HAND SKILLS...!!
It's fascinating to watch people making stuff. Equally fascinating to see this man using his multiple metalworking skills, a modern day Blacksmith.
The best youtuber ...ever !!!!
First off, awesome video. That's a hell of a press. I wish I had it at my old job swaging a hydraulic hose when we had to replace one instead of the hand power I had to use. Second, thank you so much for using our song. I recorded a riff and sent it to my bud Animattronic who wrote a song around it. It's always an awesome treat to hear something I help make used like this. Thanks again!
I appreciate the attention to welding in this one. Seems like most of your welds in other projects are done very quickly, and it's nice to know that you'll put in time when it's necessary.
You guys aren't normal, and I mean it in a good way. Could you guys do a video that shows how you brainstorm your ideas. Basically from concept to design? These videos are awesome to watch.
For such video and work, it is not a sin to put a lie. A good channel for self-made things.
I love that we can SEE you use what you build, constantly. They aren't shelved when they're built.
Was wondering what you were up to until I realized you were making the hydraulic ram yourself. That is awesome!
Brutal! Awesome
This is the only machine I’ve ever built myself. I went to the store when I needed one and realized how much they wanted for something that was rather simple to put together. Though by the time I spent money on all the parts I had spent more than the one at the store. However, it had way better parts in it. Way stronger materials.
The best DIY hydro press ever. Exactly like the heavy duty ones on the market
You know the channel is great when you press Like before watching the video
Yep! Great video as always!
For the second time I just did that.
Watch any video of Gökmen ALTUNTAŞ and you'll understand.
5 ton Haydralice press make Panna thara mudiumma sir
A simple thumbs up just seems inadequate. What a superb job.
Kicking Ass on UA-cam Since 2015 !!! Love it !!!
i really like that you use your own made tools to make more tools
SUPER GENIUS WHAT YOU DID WITH THE CHAINS!
Great job, as always. They are so proud of his weld. Congrats.
I think this is the most extreme of the make it extreme
45 years ago engineers knew their shit, not now, great to see someone as talented as you, it takes real inteligence to do this. Now days a computer thinks for us.
hi used steel 20mm?
Looks like we might have a new hydraulic press channel!
COMO DECIMOS EN MI PAÍS PERÚ... ERES UN TIGRE... UN TRUCHA... UN CHUCHA... GENIAL MI HERMANO TIENES BUENOS PROYECTOS...
It's great that you make your own hydraulics! I hope to make a hydraulic arm someday so your videos are good inspiration.
Been watching for years it seems, love what you do, I'm a fab man by trade,(now retired), just building what I want now, THIS IS THE LIFE! Have been useing your ideas now for awile, love building shop equip, makes projects easier and easier as you go. Keep on fabbin.
Like!
Have you ever made a 100 ton press? I would love to see a build and plans for a 52 inch wide by at least 24 inch deep adjustable table with a ram that moves from side to side. This is something I have been thinking of making for some time but I cannot seem to find the right plans.
Thanks a lot for the excellent videos and products you make.
Dave
Very nice build. Two way ram is such a bonus compared to standard presses. Now for some forge welding of pattern steel.
A friend from greece.i watch your videos for a long time.there is only one word that can describe your work you do there,PERFECT!!!
Very Good Idea 👍👍👍👍
Can you post the whole saw you used? they seemed to be very good.
Cat: come on let us play, you are keep working. Wonderful video.
So next video will start: welcome to the hydraulic press chanel :D
Just joking, awesome work as always, happy to watch this.
DjRE5PECT Exactly, but with a Greek accent.
Wow nice up in quality. One of the top channels.
Very impressive video. One of a kind workmanship. Would you maybe share a cutting list with me?
Sweet welding skills. He makes it look super easy.
Hello. Works well, I don't speak your language, but I admire your work .
WOW making your own piston is really something
I’m by no means diminishing this guys work, but does anyone else get the feeling this guy is in like Mexico or Brazil or somewhere similar? No idea why. Just a gut feeling. This is a very nice press build though. I also really like the vice build 👍🏼
Good to see you guys back in action!
Awesome man, you've built yourself quite a decent workshop
As with the below comments; the cat adds a great touch to the video. Another great job!
What are you spraying on your metal just before you start mig welding.
What are your settings on the mig gun?? I would think that it would be hard to make deep welds with that process
Holy crap! Even the piston's your own design?! Respect for that, man!
Я с KZ.
Bardzo mi sie podoba , piękna robota , wspaniała pasja , majstersztyk ...
Those are the nicest mig welds I have ever seen and how many tons does that press put out awesome job
Very nice press! I love the accessory tray at the bottom.
Very nice. I wish I had the set up and machinery to make things this nice. 👍
You guys are amazing in your fabricating skills, super good job
He made his own hydraulic cylinder, ffs. Clearly more tool, equipment, and stock than most of us. Very cool video.
Very nice! I am surprised you made your own cylinder! Great Job! On the next one make it so the cylinder can slide side to side. Then your work does not always have to be centered.
una excelente prensa hidráulica y buena herramienta
Super Cool
you do a lot of metal cutting it's pleasing to the eye but you have to struggle to make it work a water jet cutter would be awesome for your collection good job bro
By the time I got all the tools to make everything.................... I made a press with a frame and a 5 ton hydraulic jack. Okay it is not as fancy as yours and the ram I have to press back by hand but for the times I needed it it worked
Plastic for inserting the rod, never seen anyone do this before and glad to have learned it. Great solution for keeping the O rings safe.
Brilliant skills as ever.
Genial..! Excelente prensa..! Y el gato también ayudo...!
Man your a mechanical artist
Make a series on gym equipment you guys will get a ton of views
Very good skill with precise tools produces awesome things! *thumbs up*
Making machines is in your blood.agreed. but how is it that you videos , lighting, camera angles are all excellent . How did you get all that correct.mind boggling work !!!
Polliwood 👍👍👍
Is Kitty the Supervisor? AWESOME BUILD!!!
Usted es el mejor, maestro. Saludos desde Colombia
Incredible. Well done.
Only one word is enough to give a comment about this UA-cam Chanel: Artwork! 10/10
Thank you very much!
yeah man you are a master of your craft
Awesome, what an extreme press!
What is the biggest pressure (in metric tons) of that hydraulic press machine? I thought that the second working with the press machine is used only for testing cylinders. Lifting the girder with the press machine with chains is convenient and so quite good idea!
Excellent job!
I love all of their videos.
Extraordinario. Buen trabajo
competition for the Beyond the Press channel? Great video!
melhor canal sobre construção de ferramentas.
The best youtube channel
What was that you sprayed *before* you laid down the weld bead? Is that a metal cleaner/flux spray or primer? Are you just showing off/awesome welder or is that a special primer you can weld through?
Long time no see, glad to see your creations again.
This is my Favourite Channel over all the channels on UA-cam. I love your work MAKE IT EXTREME and your Tutorials even if you don't do a lot of talking like some do you still very clear and understood.
That thing is insane!
You are hands down one of the best metal fabricators I've seen on You Tube. Did you design this monster yourself?
Ever think of building an Exstreme wheelchair? I would really like to see your version of one.... every build you make is awesome. Genuinely unique!
DAMN! He made the hydraulic cylinder! Awesome.
Very nice job....How powerful is the hydraulic piston..20 tons or what..?
Hats off to you my man, that is one badass vise
Moving time lapse is great idea for DIY videos. New level. Perfect ;-)
Who are these guy?....man they are amazing 👍👍
Just curious what sort of force this hydraulic press can exert? And mif you build something like this from scratch, what formulae do you use to calculate the force? Is it just the pressure from the pump multiplied by the surface area of the piston or what?
