you can pull world links in permanent gachas as far as im aware, if there's a focus gacha, you can get the world link for thst unit (e.g. shiho focus gacha -> l/n world links) im not sure if you can get virtual singers on only mixed events, or in focus events too happened to me once when i was pulling on a nightcord banner (might've been mafuyu or kanade) and got wl mizuki

OMG I GOT THE WL RIN TOO(on my 50/50) & then immediately afterwards I got the rui!! Where I live, jp isnt available so when an update came(aka the my sekai update a few days ago), I had to delete it since I couldnt update it
The last time I downloaded jp was during Virtual Singer's WL & that time beginner's luck really peaked & I got the whole set(even posted it on insta out of happiness, altho my acc got suspended & then disabled this year on 3rd jan😔 it was a 4yr old acc, literally my child, and i didnt even deserve it), although I didnt get to upgrade any of them except Kaito, cuz i was broke af
