Great selection this month nick ,like Ralph said the trailer had an aeroplane on the back flying club towed by a land rover or a lotus.

Hey Nick, nice to see you back. Good choice for restorations. I have problems seeing Matchbox lesney wording. I have to use a magnifying glass as well as my glasses, I'll look forward to the next restoration, take care.
Thank you Mark, sometimes it’s easier to see the wording through the camera but I keep forgetting to look at the camera screen lol but the wording is very small though especially on those earlier models! Take care, all the best, Nick😊🐸🐸

Hi there Nick nice collection of trucks there the small red trailer it as a small aeroplane the Wings detached from the fuselage I think it was a Land Rover that used to tow that trailer. The corgi Mercedes truck had a trailer with containers on it , I do like that calendar you got is he selling them?.

Hi Ralph and thank you, I will have a look on google for the red trailer and see what I need to make the set up thanks for the info on that and the Mercedes truck, I will probably do that one in commodore colours with one of the trailers in the joblot with commodore containers on it, commodore shipping used to run a similar Mercedes over here in the 1980’s. The calendar is really cool but I really don’t know if he is selling them🤔

Never feel the need to justify what you do and don't do, Nick. It is a pleasure to see what you are doing, but it is not a school curriculum: I have done bugger-all for a month between travel and hobbling around on the dodgy foot and some much needed real work playing silly buggers with Land Rovers in Morocco!
I have barely lifted a 000 brush, and the bloody helicopter is still not finished!
The Carter's rig was neat, though wrong scale for me, but a charming model, as is the 1:50 ERF at a tenner: you stole both! I like the Corgi transporter trailers: there's a Scammell I have done with nothing to pull, but the transporters would not fit in my display cabinets.
Was that a Muir Hill shovel? It looked good: I could find a place for one of these in an old diorama though they might outscale the Antar and Coles Crane that are the heroes of the plot!
Too much rambling, Nick. You did good and I spend enough time on the scroll!
Binz is a factory approved coachbuilder for Mercedes Benz - they make Ambulances, Hearses, Limousines and stretches.
Cheers for those kind words Fraser, I think I’ve started a couple of rather long winded restorations that are taking me ages to get through , just finding it hard to get back into the swing of things after the Christmas break,, things just seem to be cropping up and stopping me getting on with it🤦🏻♂ I was pretty happy with my auction lot but it was quite expensive, the loader is a corgi Massey Ferguson 50b loader, they were the industrial Massey’s with the hydraulic brakes, we had two where I work for a few years, they weren’t brilliant though, the corgi MF 65 with the front loader might be a better scale to fit in your diorama with the Antar and Coles crane, painted in industrial yellow or green.

Hello, the Corgi Merc tractor unit would be suited to the later trailer you have connected to the Ford H tilt cab unit, maybe it had the Sealink containers on it originally, just a suggestion Nick, Cheers.

@@crapaudnicksdiecastrenovat1739 now that would be an interesting take on the shipping theme, the only thing missing from the merc tractor unit is the pin, you might be able to salvage a pin from one of the Fords. Maybe one of those Ford units would look good with a scratch built chariot style body and recycled crane on her, however, you know what time you can spare on the hobby. @@BenjaminBaker120 thank you for messaging me, I have just bought a couple of 1/50 scale Corgi Stobart containers on eBay, not sure if they were the ones you found, they were only £6 for the two and the postage is usually the same for Jersey as England so should be no extra, but many thanks for your kind offer it was much appreciated 😊👍🐸🐸

Hi Nick, that Corgi ERF is a nice model, also the bus made by Solido. I think Solido are made in France, I have a boxed set of 5 different Citroen C4 trucks made by Solido, the detailing is excellent. I love the Foden Generator truck with the low loader too, is that made by Corgi? Looking forward to your next video. All the best to you both. Peter.
Hi Peter, yes the ERF stood out on the stall, I thought it was going to be more than £10, same with the bus! The Solido models are made in France and you are right about the detailing, they make some really nice models. The Foden has got Atlas editions on the side but that is all, it’s not that big, I think 1:76 scale but it is extremely detailed! 👍All the best, Nick🐸🐸
