If anyone has heard the noise caused when a fence is built, then it seems hard to believe that someone didn't hear the fence being built. Once the survey was completed and proved the fence was on op's property, that fence became op's property, and they could do what they wanted with the fence and garden. Because op didn't want the fence in their yard, they should have removed it and kept the material. There's something else left out of that story. Karen had no legal right to anex any piece of land. Or change her address. She was not a government entity, just a private citizen.
As for the MIL and dog... Move out of the house and get your own space....

LOL that 1st story. karen manages to not only build a fence overnight, but also landscape the yard. Then, OP wants karen to 'remove the fence and restore OP's yard' BY THE TIME karen RETURNS FROM VACATION. Now, just how is karen supposed to KNOW that the letter is in the mailbox IF karen ISN'T HOME??? And just HOW does one manage to 'change their address'? I can't go to the municipality and say THIS is my NEW address. It doesn't work that way, unless this happened in some other country.
OK, OPs lawyer, a real lawyer?, isn't doing squat. The surveyor marked out the property boundaries. The county isn't doing squat either? This story is sooo full of holes that it's unbelievable.

It's kinda obvious that it's a fake story.
Simple thing that can be done rather than making a big deal is get the assessors out there to take a measurement of the boundary line it will be set in the city. Then Karen will be ordered to remove the fence at her expense. Remember one of the things you have to do is if you let this sit for a few years it is referred to as adverse possession. Okay so is land surveyor has verified it is his property the thing to do there is you present that evidence to the police the police will order that fence taken down at her expense
Does no one in the US put up boundary fences when they move into properties. I'm in UK and most people put up fences at first chance or at least I do but I generally hate people and want privacy.
That one story has me feel conflicted. It's basically cancel-culture which I strongly disagree with on principle, yet on the other hand he was definitely a racist and in a position potentially effecting hiring, so it was relevant information, and they weren't going full doxing.

As to the first story that nut is lucky op didn't sue her. As to the racist jerk he got what he deserved. He left his company open to a lawsuit for discrimination. As to the roommate story it's a case of do as I say not as I do. As to the company that lost a good employee by being arogant they are also paying much more wages then they need to. As to the dog story op needs to get away from his girlfriend and get mother as soon as possible because he said the girlfriend is making him miserable and so is her mother. As to the last story the father and son are a holes.
