Left sided heart failure can eventually lead to right sided heart failure right? With left sided failure having urinary retention and right sided failure having increased urination, which symptom would you have when you've got right and left sided CHF?

I had right sided congestive heart failure. I swelled up three times my size, my hemoglobin was 5.3. I had to have a blood transfusion and was in the hospital for 9 days
Is nocturia only in right-sided failure due to release of ANF from right atrium myocardial cells due to increased pressure of the incoming increased volume during night?

Remedy : use statins on ampfilication equipment with lung excercise by yelling into microphone while dancing like Elvis Presley on stage! at least 30 minutes a day. If still have problem with congested audio disease then it's recommended to seek stem cell theorpy by injecting stemcells from african elephant ears to your congested impaired human ears.😀
