❤️Hello friends generally all the food from south of India is termed as South Indian food, but it has to be known that all the South Indian food is not the same. The taste in Karnataka is different from Tamilnadu and similarly the cuisine of Kerala. Andhra Pradesh is also very different from each other. The popular South Indian Thali is also different everywhere in terms of dishes and flavours.
The commonly available Idli Dosa is also different in different states.
In this vlog we visited Idlish Cafe, a small eatery tucked away in Goregaon East in Mumbai. The cafe boasts of giving very interesting twists to simple dishes like Idli Dosa and Paniyaram.
They have created 3 segments in their menu namely healthy , authentic and international. The fusions and twists were just great and so was their service and
hospitality.
We really enjoyed and relished this experience at Idlish.

Sir, I Love all your Vlogs. I am From Mangalore/Bangalore/ Mumbai mix kind of a person. Authenticaly speaking Cheese, Paneer or anything with these Dosas or Idlis are nor original.Only the Idli, Dosa taken with Sambaar and variety of Chutnrys served in Tamil Nadu, Karnataka and Kerala are authentic .
