Yes! Congratulations on a very hard job well done. I'm so glad you took the doctors advice seriously. After watching my mom die from diabetic complications, I saw so many people not take it seriously, as it's a disease that doesn't show itself for a long time. But when it does?? Wow. That was why I haven't touched sugar since my Dr told me my A1c was just below borderline. As a sugar addict? Not easy! Your an inspiration to me also. I was afraid of any vaccine but Phizer, but when you documented getting the Moderna, I realized both were fine. My son and I got the vaccines at the same time, and I wasn't too worried. You are stronger than you realize, and you inspire this lady (who's a couple years older than you) to be brave also. We'll be sending you all of the healing energy we can muster! Get you back up in time for the meet and greet. Wish we could go, but perhaps next year. 😆

Hi there, I glad to finally have this surgery too. It's been a long few months. Thank you for all your kind words and we'll wishes. Our daughter is still healing from her accident. Still has a way to go but she's finally able to put some weight on her foot

They found a diabetic ulcer on my right foot. Diabetes runs rampid in my family but I was hoping it would skip me since I have MS and so many other illnesses. Nope, now I add that to my arsenal of illnesses. We cant win..lol! I am so happy for you, I am going sugar free too, we got this girlfriend! Love you!

hasn't been easy at all. But it was worth it. I don't crave the junk or sugar anymore.
