PAUL STANLEY of KISS interview on Melbourne Radio July 1980

Superb illustrated audio interview with PAUL STANLEY of KISS, broadcast on Australian Radio at the height of the KISS CRAZE in Australia in July of 1980.
This interview was taped just before the band announced the recruitment of new drummer ERIC CARR, and before the tour-dates for their 1980 Australian tour was announced.
Many interesting little tidbits revealed by Paul, which will be of interest to anyone interested in their era of the band's history.

Vini Poncia said in an interview:
"Paul is multitalented". Paul played also lead guitar on "Shandi", guitar solo on
"Is That You?" and "You're All That I Want", first guitar solo on "What Makes the World Go 'Round", all guitars & bass on "Tomorrow" and "Easy as It Seems".
And Ace got the first KISS baby! Monique Frehley.

There's two sides of the coin with Paul Stanley, on the one side songs like All American man, Strutter, Love in Chains he can't be touched at a frontman. Then there's the side that comes out in songs like Shandi, I was made for loving you & Easy as it Seems where he gets a little too feminine for comfort.
