Trust me guys on bmw diesels know how to launch, 535d cant be faster than amg, rs, m5 or golf r cuz they have about 3-4s to 0-100...I know they have about 800nm but that cant be stronger then 500hp
torque for diesels build up more quickly, while petrol engines need to rev up, and that takes time and more skill to handle...petrol wins with HP only after 3-400m, where the diesel revs dont pull that much, but the petrol still pulls...easy mechanics

first you probably should change tuner. then you only need to change the big turbo compressor and solve the wastegate too small/turbine too long problem... 400++ hp mildly easy

Trans can easily handle 1000nm torque from factory, i’m running 970nm’s on hybrids with my 335d. Doing 100-200 7.5 sec. Stock bottom end and stock trans (only xhp st3 map for fasters shifting)

If you tune your diesel at a professional with an upgraded turbo and bigger IC the should not smoke. If you're driving in high revs, then every diesel smokes, but until 4000rpm there's no problem at all. What they did is a real mess. I bet, they have upgraded turbo and stock IC.

Also 1-4K rpm the turbo diesel engine will smoke the most especially if you know how to play with the pre fueling screw and fuel pin. Old idi pumps are so basic it's hilarious how much power you can make for free compared to these new diesel engines.

고정효 diesel actually has less emissions than gasoline if the dpf and and egr are in place. Admittedly, making a car run with batteries is not the best idea either. When comparing cars ON the road, battery is the best option since it has no exhaust fumes. But we have to look at the bigger picture, when we create and later dispose of the battery.
