The video was great. I always enjoy checking out tools and it's great that you're doing it. I have tested all kinds of Rigol models but there is always a small vibration in them that I really don't know why. I should also check UNI-T. thank you
What a capable piece of equipment, thanks for the review! Always enjoy your thorough reviews and analysis Kerry! I have been generally impressed with UNI-T equipment lately. It looks like my favorite DMM has become the UT161E+. For my work anyway, the ergonomics are terrific for bench efforts, (You can easily switch it with one hand) and the features are comprehensive. This unit makes me wonder why you would ever need any other Sig Gen, beyond greater bandwidth. Very nice demonstrations! Look forward to the next post. - JRH
@4:20 you have to wonder why it gives a 30MHz square wave option if it cannot actually generate a square wave at 30MHz, it should set the maximum frequency to be what it can actually do.
Amazing stuff. I'm busy testing an old Voltcraft FG1617, I recently aquired. Still got the Topward 6303A? Saw your blog, interested in seeing how you serviced it.
@15:15 Maybe you can catch the 3rd or 5th harmonic of the squarewave with an FM receiver.

18:05 I think you were supposed to say 128QAM and 256QAM 😁.
I really like your videos btw! Keep up the good work!

Yes I am still using the 6306A. It's not the easiest to fix due to the board layout
@@KerryWongBlog Cool. Would appreciate a video about it. What's the diff with a 6306A and a 6303A. I can't imagine a major difference? I got a 6303A.
please make a video how to see phones outgoing calls/radio wave reception on Spectrum Analyzer .
UNI-T could of at least let you keep it... I hope they paid you in some way for your time !
Well, I do have another item from them. Hopefully I will be able to upload the video next week.
