Never thought I'd say these words but damn that Lincoln is gorgeous.
Nautilus I am waiting for you at the used market! See U soon!
My mother in law will be getting this in 3.5 years 35K miles later for 24K hahaha. At 75K new in this market it will be gathering moss at dealers.
Today’s used car market expensive. It may retain much more than you think. 😊
😂 trust me ...I work for ford you WONT want it by that time...quality is seriously 👎 get a lexus
@@Lexrolla-1 facts
@@Lexrolla-1lexus interior is straight up rubbish compared to this lincoln . get a life dmb kid
Finally a Lincoln grill philosophy that's elegent and straight 🔥 Kudos Lincoln ✌🏽❤️
I test drove this suv and can honestly say it was the nicest vehicle I’ve ever been in. But then again at $82,000 it should be! But so gorgeous
Now this is a Lincoln that I would drive good job on this one 😎🙌🏽👏🏽
This and the RX are my top two midsized luxury SUVs atm. They’re both gorgeous.
I give Lincoln the slight edge in design.
BUT the RX offers ventilated rear seats. 💯
@@LondonHasFallinBut who really sits in the rear seats most of the time, but kids? Ventilated seats are just an unnecessary luxury.
Lincoln’s are unreliable. Every single generation has been.
Mike, Great Review. The Nautilus interior looks like it should have been in the Navigator and Aviator.
It’s actually crazy how nice it is. Thanks as always BK!
Grew up a Lincoln fan, when I got old enough to buy one they started sucking. This is the first I'd ever buy.
Excellent review video - thanks!
Great review. I just bought one and I can't love it enough. Reserve level Hybrid. Amazing
How do the video games work? What platforms does it offer?
One of my neighbors just bought a Lincoln Nautilis hybrid! I must say it really turned my head! Never really been a fan of Lincoln, or Ford for that matter but recently, I have purchased a Ford maverick, hybrid pick up and absolutely love it! The gas mileage is phenomenal. I will say that the dashboard in this Lincoln Nautilis Hybrid was absolutely amazing. Never seen anything like it in any car at any price. Yes I too may be interested in a used one in a few years.
Definitely intrested in the Hybrid model Great Review video!
Thanks Tony!
I wish we got Lincoln in the UK. I just love their styling and their luxury interiors.
Where would you park it? 😂
Y'all have such small roads and street parking slots.
Buy an X7 instead😂
Get a lexus...way better
@@jinchengshi3191 Ewe. I have never, and will never drive a BMW. I even refuse them at car rentals.
@@Lexrolla-1 20 years ago, maybe, now they are so over priced, and with their 5 foot wide grills I would be too embarassed to sa I owned one.
A review from a tall person's perspective. I love it!
Now if this redesign looks this good I can’t imagine with the Aviator will look like. Lincoln is doing there thing. You just have to get people out of the mindset that it’s no longer there grandparents Lincoln town car.

That Is An Amazin Shot 📷
Yooo where did you guys shoot this🥹
damn how did it take me so long to find your reviews? Gonna drive one of these and probably buy it this weekend. Oh and I got the Deshawn reference.
This is another great review, 50k isn’t horrible but I need at least that mid level … nice job
Excellent review Mike!😸
You’re the best, Ryan!
Danger, Mike Danger!
Amazing Lincoln! Great Job! I can see why these are now so popular in Asia!!!
BTW 8:01 why do you have laser sensors aimed at the driver?
Those are used to detect your eyes so the vehicle can detect if you’re distracted or not looking in front of you.
Wow this Lincoln is nice!
Glad to see that Lincoln didn't go the route so many manufacturers of mid-size SUV's, and cram a third row into it. I have no problem with companies offering a third row option on their vehicles in this segment, but IMHO the percentage of consumers needing that number of seats on a daily basis doesn't constitute the vast majority of buyers. And when they choose to make that third row the default, second row passenger comfort and storage capacity both suffer greatly as a result.
They have the midsize 3-row Aviator above the Nautilus in size & price
🔥🔥
Impressive FORD!
I love that they put the Auto Stop-Start disable button next to the transmission shifter. Its next to the engine start button on my Cadillac. Its like they know most people will shut this crap off each time they start the car.
Great Video! This vehicle will be in my garage once they hit the used market. Want to let someone else take the depreciation first 😂
Doesnt the Palisade have hands free lane change?
Damn. I think l may prefer this over the Lexus RX. Can’t believe I am saying that but good job Lincoln!
I’m 65 tall, is comfortable for me to sit behind a tall driver, or I should move to the cargo?😊
I hate huge digital screens and touch sensitive controls and the paddle shifter is an accident asking to happen (at least it's not operated on a touch screen), but not gonna lie, it looks marvelous both inside and out.
this is really the best review on the New Nautilus. I love it. The new styling is a step above but I just do not think I can get by the made in China. The potential supply issues boggle my mind.
"you can get in a really comfortable situation back here" 😳!
Hey. HEY! Focus!!!
Where did he say that?
Yea it looks nice than a lucid gravity I'd tell u that
I’m glad Lincoln got rid of the confusing letters for their model names.
Which color in this video?
Does the hands free driving still work if you are wearing sunglasses? That'd suck if you have to take your sunglasses off just so the sensors could see your eyes.
Yes it does
So, it might not fit me at 6'7" but that is true of lots of vehicles/ I can't buy most shirts either. 201cm tall, barefoot. Hope it at least has 11 cupholders like my 2010 CUBE had in place.
Cvt on the highest trim? CvT is usually associated with cheaper compact cars looking for good gas mileage numbers. Not a smart choice for a luxury Suv.
The exterior styling is a 10/10. The inside...7/10. Not sure I can get used to the look of that steering wheel, or the middle touch screen looking like a relic compared to the 48 inch upper screen. A 2T engine? 6/10.
LOTS OF ISSUES GUYS.... PLEASE BE AWARE.... I have a 2024 Lincoln nautilus and already there is a bad rattle coming from the back of the vehicle. Took it in and Lincoln says they are aware of the issue but dont have a fix for it right now. Half the dash has went out just by going into an app. Sound on a phone call is very distorted
Are you having noise when you apply brakes Rotors rusting after washing car or after rain Lincoln won't correct my problem .I believe the Rotors are made in China & they are not putting the correct mixture in the 😮Founder iron. why build in China there our enemy
Tell me how much that 48" console screen is, out of warranty.
Why would you not get a warranty?
Dude is a giant
Humongous!
I bought a Lincoln 2024 Having trouble with Rotors rusting When you apply the break hear Noise. I was told to ride to break the cleaner rust off. After you wash the car or rain. This will happen every day. And Lincoln will not correct the problem.
The one thing that I don't see any reviewers talking about, is the difficulty in pressing these haptic and touchscreen buttons ** while driving, ** especially in busy traffic or curvy traffic.
It is much more difficult to do than if they kept traditional buttons.
The diminishing of actual physical buttons has been going on for a few years now, and I’ve noticed touchscreen buttons are less useful in real world situations.
To me that is a big knock. I understand the cool factor and having all the ” Gee whiz “ technology, but after only a few weeks one can see how impractical this is.
This could be somewhat of a safety hazard as one tries to concentrate on certain buttons with either unsteady hands, or erratic traffic and bad roads.
I'm all for the “Gee Wiz” factor, and I love the new technology, but you don't have to get rid of all the often used, common everyday buttons such as media and environment controls.
I just think this aspect is worth noting.
Mike, I can see your worry, on your face during that self driving segment. I share your pain lol
I’m just not there yet! 😅
Looks like top of steering blocks the mph screen?
I was shown one at a dealer, it felt unblocked for me
The new Lincoln Nautilus looks like the Lincoln Corsair on Steroids and I'm still waiting for the next gen Lincoln Navigator I think it should have the same body style as the Nautilus but just more sleeker and less boxy looking
In my opinion, I can’t stand the fact that Ford didn’t keep physical buttons and levers for manual operation on air vent movement and turning on and adjusting the climate control and radio. This vehicle looks like a concept car on the inside; you know, when you’re looking at it at some auto show and everyone knows that what you’re looking at is for fun and it reminds you of a Star Trek Enterprise control panel…..
All I can see is distraction, annoying inconsistencies in operating and constant software updating…….I wonder how much time went into actually “real life testing “ where a simple / layman guy like myself used this vehicle in real situations?
The vehicle looks nice. I just want to not have screen only switch gear. And I don’t want my car or truck to be required to go through software updates because of some function that is “frozen” on some screen.
How play games
I really hope someone tell the American car makers that the reason their sales are dying is purely related to god dam quality and not their PR!!..
Would it have killed them to create a perfectly round steering wheel.
its flat on the top to see the screen easier
It would have been crazy for them to put that panoramic 48-in screening and then Put in a round steering wheel to block it.
Beautiful exterior and interior. Mildly surprised at how tall person friendly the back seats are. Really dislike the infotainment setup - just screams distracted driving.
I actually thought the screens would distract me as well… but they dont! Those widgets on the right you’ll probably look at maybe once while you’re stopped at a red light because they’re just random info like weather or a trip meter. But the whole aesthetic of it just comes together nicely.
I would very much consider this IF it had an inline-6 or V6 engine. Current engines just don't do it for me, especially at these prices.
21 29 is crazy
...they lost me at "made in China."
Where’s Micah 🤣🤣🤣

@@yesmikedanger2024. Need more diversity. He was fired lol.

Compared with Aston Martin Dbx
Aston Martini is much better than this.
Who is comparing a Lincoln to an Aston Martin. Be serious.
@@EstoyViajero28better in what regard, better in 0 to 60 and cornering. Or better in longevity. Or better in reliability?
@@TruthFLAthe Aston uses an AMG engine and Mercedes 9G transmission. So while I can’t vouch for the electrical hardware elsewhere on the car, the powertrain on AMGs are generally considered pretty solid.
Realmente bonito.
"hey Google. Where's McDonald's?" activated my Google. FfS.
😂😂😂… but did you go though???
@@yesmikedanger haha no..
IMHO, Lincoln blew it with the choice of available engines. In this class of vehicle the typical buyer is looking for a bit more oomph, and I can't understand why they didn't tap into Ford's turbo six cylinder for the upper trim levels. It just doesn't seem right that a Ford Transit with 310 HP and 400 ft pounds of torque should be able to beat the pants off of something in this price range.
Micah is really gone?
He is in charge of the video team now and also has his own channel.
this is a very nice vehicle, but it just goes to show that you pay for the name. I have all of these features with the exception of the 48-inch screen, massaging seats, and scent sprayer in my 2021 Hyundai Santa Fe. It has more cargo space a better warranty and it was made in Japan. 🤔
14:21 Why would they change the handle from the side of the door 🚪 to up top of the door 🚪? How would kids reach the handle to open the door 🚪? It's clear this vehicle was built for riches and not family purposes as advertised. That's one change could cause sales of this SUV rather than be no.1 as they predicted. Good luck Lincoln.
My kids get in the car just fine lol! It's not a big deal at all..
The car is 68" tall and the door handles are about halfway up. Any kid that can't reach them isn't old enough to open a car door by themselves anyway.
You didn't cover the fact that you can only adjust the front vent directional by using the touchscreen, you cannot just manually move the vents. Not sure about that feature and, living in AZ, that could be a dealbreaker. And the drive mode selection process needs to be single-touch.
Otherwise, this is nice. Too bad Lincoln's reliability is so sketchy.
Definitely a lease only vehicle ….. remember car wizard saying some of these screens have replacement costs upwards of 10k and that is scary
I had decided this was going to be my next SUV until I found out it’s completely made in China and imported to the USA. No way I’m buying a Lincoln made in China.
I actually work at a Ford subsidiary in Detroit and we manufacture the HVAC componantry for these and a few other models - The seats and upholstery are assembled a few miles from where I work in a plant called Magna International coincidentally - I think these cars are just "assembled" in China and shipped here as shells.
They start in the low 50s so you don't have to spend 70K.
@@rotart12arx3 I won’t buy a Lincoln made in China at any price. If we claim we believe in human rights, worker’s rights, and a living wage then we shouldn’t do business with China.
Lincoln Nautilus Compete with Audi Q7/Q8 BMW X5/X6 Lexus RX
It’s now made in China.
I don’t care how “smart it is” I’m not driving hands free
Those screens are going to be terribly distracting for the driver.
No, they’re not. They’re actually gonna be more useful than looking down because it’s in your site of view when you’re driving already sat down in one Its not distracting at all 😎
@@Shaqshaq_povagreed!
Yet they aren’t. Test drove the new Nautilus and one becomes accustomed very easily. Actually a really nice vehicle for the right buyer.
I hate when they attempt to push the most expensive trim on you! Totally disregard the base / reserve model!
I guess I should tell everyone I'm 6'6, repeatedly. Everyone can tell that I'm much taller than the average person every time I stand next to anything 😉 But ppl still ask me, "How tall are you?"
Is it made in China 🇨🇳 or USA 🇺🇸 ?
China 😢
@@fordguy001 🤥😔😣☹️
China@ ugh!
Do you know 2022 Hyundai Azera's tail light bar?
It has a very similar tail light bar design. Especially, at night time.
Lincoln copied Hyundai?
What is a shame.
Lincoln has had that taillight design since the 2007 MKX. Everyone else doing it now copied Lincoln.
@@craigd10 Just search "Hyundai Grandeur wiki".
You will see who is copying.
And, Nautilus clearly copied 2018 Hyudnai Grandeur(Azera) tail light bar"
Made in China but priced as though made in the USA
This is the best example I have seen of how automobile design has gone terribly wrong. Way too many gimmicks of dubious value. The screens may look cool but they make no sense in practice. The "soft touch" door thing needs to go also.
Designed by Ford, and built in China... Won't be long until we start to see these falling apart and plummeting in value.
Leasing is the best option
He's 6'4", in case you didn't know...LOL!
I actually got upset when he said built in China. I’m living in the twilight zone. I’d buy American made Toyota before I did that. Get it together Lincoln.
76k? Does Lincoln know that you can get a loaded X5 or GLE for that price. 🤯
I genuinely wanna meet the person who spends 76k on this SUV. Especially when we are know that in 3 years this trim will be about 37k
It'll drop, but I doubt it'll drop THAT low. I think it'll be in the 50's within a few years though..
A comparably equipped X5 xDrive40i with 21" wheels, sunroof, automated self driving system, and other goodies costs well over $80k with destination. To get it down to $76k you're dropping to 20" wheels, giving up AWD, and a sunroof at a minimum. It gets worse when you compare starting prices: The GLE 4matic starts at $60k with 19" wheels and fake leather. X5 is $67k (RWD). Nautilus starts at $52k with AWD and a host of standard equipment that's optional on the others. Suggesting that prices of these three are similar when comparably equipped is folly.
Bring back Micah!!!!!!
too much fucking screens. i have enough screen time in my life. give me fucking buttons
Too bad even the professional critics can't stop saying ''FORD' when reviewing a Lincoln... If only they would say the same about Tahoe/Suburban vs Escalade/Denali and Toyota vs Lexus etc - All manufacturers do it... leave Ford alone.
😂silly Lincoln 😜...reliable luxury is for lexus 💎
The Boomers who buy Lincolns will NOT like to hear that its built in China 😅
😂😂
Lol that touch screen is definitely from toyota 😂, the rest are chinese alright
I'm sure Ford will sell hundreds of these
Made in China.... 😬
Common man. Review acumen. Don’t say assistant hot words in full.
🤨 …what?
what
Wow BMW and Kia front grille.
And Mercedes
i hate it. overpriced garbage
Did he say made in China?
No thanks 😂
Made in China? lol
Made in China? Whyyy
They build them where their target markets are. You don't see many Lincolns in the US anymore.
isn't labor cheaper too (so far) in China? never heard of a UAW in China..the autocrats there (though they're described as the "peoples republic") ain't allowing no union organizing, and FOMOCO loves it.@@holyland6380
It's former home at Oakville Assembly is being converted to EV production and Edge is discontinued. With no other Ford vehicles using the 114" wheelbase C2 platform, there's no factory in North America to build the platform in sufficient volume. Thus the other of the two factories that have built Nautilus for years now supplies the world.
US incompetence. To Ford, the Chinese market is more important than the domestic one
The whole project from design to production was done in 16 months in China. If the project was moved to US, we would be talking about 2027 model
Ouch. What’s up with that tacky center display in an otherwise modern cabin!
The exterior isn't bad but the interior? Jesus, Joseph, and Mary. Hideous. Lincoln lost their way 40 years ago and still hasn't found it.
Too bad Lincoln’s build quality and reliability is abysmal. Have driven two brand new Aviators with zero miles on them at dealerships and they both had numerous issues (speaker dangling from the ceiling by wires, leather coming unraveled on drivers seat, window shrieking when lowered/raised, and button to move the 2nd row seat for 3rd row access installed the wrong way and inoperable. Pathetic quality control at Lincoln. No wonder Ford’s CEO had to make a public apology about the garbage quality of their vehicles 😂
I've owned Ford's and this Nautilus. Haven't seen or experienced anything you're talking about. But ok, sure..
