Nah, he evod with MagnaAngemon effect. Which should let him place an angel back in afterwards but is not mandatory. The Seraphi recovery is however mandatory, ideally he should have been at 5 Sec.
Some game changing missplays there, at Game 1 Time 4:51 vaccine Player would have 5 Securitys instead of 3. After digivolving with effect from magnaangemon you could put in a angel Card in Security and then you would have recovered from effect from seraphimon. Game two Turn from Loogarmon Player was over After he hit the 3 memory mark. High chances both games would be won by vaccine player
Tbf it only offsets the misplay where they only did one check off of an alliance swing so next turn should have been at zero security on top of the arkhai misplay that very same turn
At 10:00 when Fenri attacked with Alliance for two checks and hit T.K, you used his on play to take top card and add another one but never did the second check, you should've started turn with 0 security instead of 1. And then on the final turn Fenri doesn't keep turn at 3 memory, it's 2 or less.
Here is that ruling for Arkhai: Can the [On Play][When Digivolving] effect of this card activate the effect after "then~" if my security is 0 or if I did not add one card from the top or bottom to the hand? A: No, it cannot. The effect of "by ~" does not activate any effect after "by" if the conditions specified there are not met. [1]
@MrJsStrategyPlays I just played this tonight at my locals, came in 3rd(2-1). The effect came up more than I thought, same with domini's blanket trash one to save everything.

Fenri effect allows it to stay your turn as long as you dont go past 3 on your opponent side
@@michaelliggett1622 incorrect, it lets you keep turn as long as you're on -2 or less. Once you hit 3 it passes.
