I actually took amber boost out. Luxmon being a searchable rookie helps out a lot. And I’m running 11 champs since there is no Salamon in this list. I always had a LV4 to tuck with Pata, ensuring that I had a follow up Pata play in the future

Partly true, only problem/difference is the way games are handled as Japan is Bo1 and US/western is Bo3. Both have merit and weakness but ya at least we won't be behind on sets anymore lol

The Yoshino is a memory setter. He should have started at 3, not 1

too, it's correct... I say 1 not for chocking him but for the memory gain from effects... so since he start at 2 instead of 3... the after all effects he would be at 5 memory

Actually blast digivolution is possible on quantummon because it unaffected state is entirely dependent on card category so if options was called it only immune to options and thus blast digivolution is possible on quantummon same with tamer and if digimon is called then it not possible

@michaelliggett1622 it is but that isn't what was happening in these cases. The game he is talking about the person called digimon and still blast evo'd into Imperial Paladin Mode. Then the opponent tried to use ST Magna on the Paladin Mode and the Bloom player told them no, the immunity carries over to Paladin

Koichi effect first, then Lowee effect. Problem solved

@@MrJsStrategyPlays no no, the lowee effect prevents the deletion of koichi - he is played before it would happen. Either you play him out or let him go to trash to gain the memory. That's why it's important to know which Koichi you digivolve with. Lowee goes hand in hand with the new Koichi and Dusk with BT7.

Thanks for clarifying, like I said it can just get frustrating especially when I left yugioh for this “if, when, missed timing” stuff when Digimon you always resolved effects when the game first started

XD but it is not that complicated. since the deletion effect would resolve in the trash, but lowee plays bt7 Koichi from field sources into a normal "tamer position". So Koichi never went into the trash to get the memory. Had to learn the lesson myself so I have to think about which tamer i digivolve into and will I let 'em delete or not. Let me tell you: pure Dusk/Velgr is less complicated. XD but I like modern purple Hybrid anyway. heck, just for the fun I have 1 lobo, 1 kendo and 2 AncientGaruru built in. I love the synergy and the surprise fact - I even had to hard play him and it didn't cost me the game. XD (yes I bricked really that hard)

No, sparrow didn’t work for me. I never liked raising it from the breeding area. It’s just going to get removed. Dorumon lets you gain 2 memory back instead of 1 when use the LV5 and LV6 effects. And you can go into your LV5s for only 1 memory

Dedigivolve is on 1 digimon but I think I meant you can dedivolve one Digimon (like the LV5), but then choose another target like the (Deputymon) to prevent it from digivolving till the end of my turn

​@@MrJsStrategyPlays Yes you can do that. In the video you dedigi'd Kidmon 1 and Deputy 1 so now you have a megidra and dorumon on the field.

Upamon tbh. The draw isn’t as consistent but if you play Goma at 4, plus 4 Kuma you have a higher chance to trigger it

Source strip is great into imperial and Magna X. But red base with Flamemons is great because you can cheat out your tamers easier with the inheritable

Hmm I’ll have to check that because if let’s say for example, Dorugora is at 12k and gets hit with Heaven’s judgment. Can’t Doru still evolve into Dex from trash to save itself? And then Dex would be 13k preventing the deletion

@ that’s true but that’s a Digimon evolving and having a 13k flat dp so it would see itself on board at 1k and never leave due to game state deletion but in this case it’s a effect that is trying give the dp which resolves after the attempt to save and trashing but also after the game state deletion because game state deletion is always resolved first sorry that’s a lot 😂

Uncorrect or rather you'd be IF gundra doesn't had a "When this or 3M are leaving the battle area" sort of protection. In this case you are allowed to detach the option card in order to save gundra (wich then trigger the options effect) than the game proceed to either delete the digimon due to the DP reduction or not (if it's DP are changed with effects/trash evo like Doruga does).

​@@artemis3245 The effect of Chaos Triangular is not interruptive. Tho has to wait, until the game state reset is finished, it does not just trigger mid-effect nor while game states are reset. In all cases, only "would" effects can interrupt other effects or game state resets. This is a common mistake also people make with on-deletion or on-plays for example if they are played out via partition etc. they have to wait until all effects are fully resolved or the game state resets. In this example, Gundra can re-trigger, but the regular trigger of the option has to wait until the game state reset is finished. Once that is finished, the option can trigger. DexDoruga is also a interruptive effect, it can try to prevent deletion. For the DP calculation part, -DP and +DP are calculated immediately against each other, as in this case it is a passive all turns effects, that does not need to trigger.

Just chiming in to say OP is correct. The 3M options are **not** interruptive so while you can trash them with a interruptive effect their own effects will not resolve until rules checks "approve" the gamestate. If you are 0DP it will continue to attempt to kill you before any effects resolve until either you die or you are no longer 0DP. In the case of DexDoru you wouldn't be 0DP anymore so things can progress, but in the case of Chaos Triangular it doesn't apply that DP until it would be too late because unlike DexDoru it is not interruptive.

I guess you're right. Either way DaiPen had Iceclad, so even if I chose to delete the LV5 instead of ShadowSeraphi, I was still getting the 4 memory back. The DP minus from Seraphi wasn't going to matter with Iceclad fortunately.
