Bricking twice does suck. I play Dorugora too. So I knew even if he did manage to set up the Dorugoramon with Dex in trash, I knew I could get rid of it with the MetalSeadra or the Aegis

Just for the basic recovery +1. Angewomon does have synergy with Domini but she doesn’t actually increase your security; she keeps your security at the same number. In testing, I really needed the generic recovery +1. And you can’t use Angewomon’s effect at 0 security either Keeping my security healthy meant I had a good chance of keeping a 2nd Pata live. Angemon Ace helped me a lot throughout those tournament matches

@@MrJsStrategyPlaysfr, it’s triggers recursive deletion basically twice as often as DeathEx and it’s way easier to reduce its play cost. The suspension part is also useful, all around I don’t know how they printed this card even before you factor in what it can do with Shoto.

Does Deep Savers have a bad matchup vs Gallant? I thought it would have a decent one once Aegis is on the field. Still have to test against it though

@@MrJsStrategyPlays problem is getting aegis on the field, you need the perfect setup to do that vs gallant, since it deletes your level 4s and 5s easily

@@MrJsStrategyPlays I did manage to beat galant with mastemon, i would have lost without drawing a level 4, had both mirei out so i could get into mastemon in one move and put gallant x in security

Hmm yeah I can see how that’s an issue. I’d assume gallant would just brick, giving you some time to chip them with jamming while building up. But I know it has so much removal

That's the same for me. Deep Savers is fun but when you play vs Royal Knights, or Gallantmon, there isn't a lot that you can do 😢

The Crimson Mode can delete the Velgremon due to BT17-008 Guilmon All Turn Inherited effect of adding 2k DP to any deletion based effect, which makes the 15k DP deletion to 17k DP deletion, just barely enough to kill Velgre. You can see the guilmon he digivolved the crimson stack from at 10:22 The Gallantmon player won 2-0. No game 3 needed 👍

Federico was arguing that he should do the minus 3k to the Guilmon that was just played from the Red scramble security effect, which again is stretching it. Since Cendril pops the token with overclock in order to attack, then when attacking does minus 9000, before security is even touched

Liam is correct, Vortex only allows you attack Digimon so purple hybrid couldn't go for game there

I mentioned he scooped it cause he has the Crimson Mode like a few seconds after lol. For Cendril, I was just saying that Federico tried to pop the Guilmon after Cendril already overclocked, deleted the token, and checked security

I thought about Kuda because it can search any Digimon in the deck plus the tamers. But ultimately I chose the Lux because of the inheritable, being searchable off both Gatos, and the synergy with Domini. But yeah Kuda is good too, just personal preference for the secondary rookie lol

But also it shouldve triggered when he promoted and searched with ukkomon anyway

Assuming he did play the MedievalGallantmon, he can only suspend the Level 4 Magnamon. The Magnamon X is still immune so Medieval cannot suspend it. So if he swings with kendo, Magna X can still block it

The Magna X on Facundo’s right did have immunity, so unfortunately Medieval wouldn’t have won Sebastian the game. But blue hybrid could potentially swing for game if Facundo blocked with the immune Magna X. Unlikely since best defensive play there would’ve been to block any attack with the LV4 first, just in case it was bounced by the Ancient’s warp combo

Easy there with the language lol I didn't say people are fools for running Dolphmon; I've tested the deck and it didn't work for me. Evo cost aside, the inheritable is extremely underwhelming. And I never said Coelamon wasn't good, it just sucks that it's not blue color. Only Gomamon can search Coela, that's it. DS option card I tested with and without. I might put it back to 2 copies, I do miss it, but at least a lot of the LV3s and LV4 inheritables already give you jamming

Can’t believe I missed some of this stuff, but I was rusty with blue hybrid. I think scrambles will be better once decks become more consistent tbh. The deck has gotten a lot faster compared to when it first started

I do think it is abused my Mirage and I do agree Mirage is the one that should get restricted lol

@@MrJsStrategyPlays commentary is always good, just depends on how frequent and if they aren't like repeating what we can already see. Rather just going in-depth onto why you wanna do that play or what was going on in your head. Also the legality of certain plays and rulings, so that we can also learn.

Yeah vs Gallant I know it’s going to suffer because they delete your LV5s easily and even then Gallant has immunity when he first uses blitz and the memory is on your side

I’ve played against Shine a lot and game 3 is typically what they can do when they pop off. It’s still a good deck IMO
