The upside cross at the end revealed that he did in fact missed the midnight ring because it fell off the wall when he was running for the clock at 11:59... Good detail there..

Plot twist :- his uncle never returns and he is strucked in loop of resetting clock for his life
Double twist: his uncle was stuck in the loop for many years before discovering a way to escape, but he needed someone to take his place. That’s why the notes says they haven’t seen each other in a very long time.

Everytime a character gets curious, they end up dead.
Every horror movie, THERES always someone who will be curious and ends up in trouble.

Plot Twist -- His family is the keeper of this place where demons are locked and it's his legacy, his job is to make sure they aren't released.
I remember there only used to be corpse husband's stories to listen to.
Now there are so many variations of youtube horror stories and animations.

Haha, I remember Mr Nightmare was pretty much the only one, then the four amigos of Lazy Masquerade, Be Busta, Corpse Husband and Urmaker showed up at around the same time and came up together. It's weird to see them go from less than 10k subs to 100s of thousands, or over a million (In Lazy/Corpse's case).

As someone pointed out earlier, he did in fact miss setting the time clock cuz the cross fell in his "dream" and at the end it was on the floor. My theory is this- the rooms are full of people like him. People hired to work at the hotel, and if they miss the time clock they are stuck in a time loop like he is in their room unaware.
Except his door is the ONLY one with a handle, and he never saw anyone out there with the clock at noon or midnight like himself.
Something abt the distinct haunting visual effect and your narration that distinguish your works from others. Also the jumpscares, you just know how to exert at the right time. Just like chernobyl, it really scared the hell out of me. I wish to see next chapter, please.

Actually its real not a dream...After those shadows appeared he may be forwarded to next night...Most of our phones didn't hold 24 hour of charge because of running background applications..

I sometimes really get disappointed at the way all the stories end. I wished this was a clear idea of why it happened. It all ended suddenly more of like a unsolved mystery than a horror story. Like I miss the bottom of it
To everyone who’s saying how this can’t be real- to my understanding, these horror stories tend to add creepy twists at the end after the narration is completed that aren’t actually part of the story itself. (Although, it doesn’t say anywhere in this video that this is meant to be a true story either).
The channel creator has said that he writes these stories himself. Just read the reply to the comment above yours, (at least on my screen.)
This story gave me mad Edgar Allan Poe vibes/flashbacks. I loved every minute of it! “And Darkness and Decay and the Red Death held illimitable dominion over all.” Perhaps even more fitting given our current state. Stay safe and healthy; I love your channel!

LOL. Before it goes 12MN like 11:59, he would advance it to 12:01 so it would not ring. And if it's already past 12 like 12:03 he would put it back to 12:01. 2Mins difference.

Wow I recently found this channel and I wasn't disappointed at it! The animation was great detailed and it suits for a horror story even the voice over is great everything is well detailed and the chill factor is a 99% for me not like those other channels with poor animations , effects, and voice over ...🤨 I mean not even a toddler would be scared of those lol.... 😆.... And again this is only my opinion.... I love this channel keep up the good work 😊

@Raytysbird4 Thanks. Yes, I do. I used to write a lot more though. I suffered from a pretty bad case of writer's block for a long time but making these animations has helped me get past it and start writing again. I'm trying to allocate more time to the scripts but it's hard to balance that with the time it takes to storyboard and produce the animations. Thanks for leaving a comment ;)

I would have immediately turned back and headed home after reading that cryptic and also spooky and quite unsettling handwritten note his uncle left him.
The upside cross indicates that he did actually miss the 12am routine..but now that he missed it, he's in a time loop himself (like other guests?) And is in some sort of alternate reality where he goes to turn the handles before 12am( that's why one of the guest's lights were on?)..btw in the end with the music playing we could see one more guy at the door with a suitcase(new "reliever" of his "uncle"..?)
I really like this story but the end I think could of been more well thought out of I think if you would of made the vid longer it would of been great 👍
