To clarify, I have researched the body kit. It is a factory spec S2000 bumpers and front and rear wings/quarter panels. However the rear wing is an adaptation of the Peugeot 206 wrc to fit the 207. As the 207 never officially had a wrc wing only the s2000 style low profile spoiler.

That Car is a Special Edition, that "Body Kit" is done by the Factory.
