The corruption in teacher unions isn't talked about enough. A lot of teachers need to be paid more however they often protect bad teachers and lower requirements for people in the education field to go into teaching while also creating barriers for people who have experience in a subject.

Blame the school board of education, their the ones who are responsible for the low pay for the teachers. First the tax money goes throughout the school board from the taxes, then it goes to the teachers. Most of the tax money is going to the greedy school board of education for their own pocket money. While teachers get curtain percentage of their income which is less than 10%, while the board of education takes some money from the teacher’s paycheck. Teachers needs to be payed more than that, because they aren’t paid enough for this kind of sh*t. Our school board of education needs to clean up their act, and start caring more about their students and their teachers needs, than making it a public mental brainwashed prison, and attempt communist. Teachers needs better pay, because their able to touch a child’s heart. If you gonna blame someone in the school, don’t blame the teachers, blame it all the way towards the board of education.

You do know that our teachers wages aren't too off by the rest of the world and the US will spend even more on education (the corruption is another story) So it's not just a wage problem? You really thing being a teacher is easy
Bad teachers arent bad because they just feel like it. It is either that no one wants to
be a teacher because youre paid nothing
And have to deal with ungrateful kids.
Or the good teachers are being owerwhelmed with work so they just stop
      Caring.
So only the bad ones are left in public
      Schools.
being a teacher is one of the most mentally challanging job especially when you teach disrespectful, spoiled kids, who are more common theese days because of the shit they see in The internet.
And if you dont know many teachers need to work many unpaid extra hours so a lot of them are accually getting less than a minimum wage

Andrew Tate has the right blueprint
Now forget what he is teaching but how he is doing it
The how he is teaching is perfection for today's world
Kids will really pay attention to you if they come to you via internet and not like a zoom class but via Tik Tok or IG to slowly be lured into long hours with more detailed content
That's the absolute best way to get children attention
      On top of that
Be the embodiment of what you teach
In his case he says be rich be fit and be smart
So he show off Lamborghini because he is rich he is in great shape and he welcomes debate and manipulate conversation to win over his point while making sure he has control of what he is saying
On some degree I guess it's the idea of lead by example but you need to show competence like have evidence that you are already at the mountain top of whatever you are teaching so what you are saying on that topic is relevant because you succeeded in said topic
Children but generally any normal person will be interested in the people who are at the top of the game
So not simply show how you are working to get there
      Which is good
But what is best is to show that you have already reached the top so they will naturally come asking for how did you do it
And that's when you can truly teach at perfect condition everything you want to teach
But it will be much more valuable if it's something proven to work because you already made it work on your life with your success from it as an evidence

My all-time favorite bad teacher story: We had a biology teacher that every single student hated. He was an absolute hard-ass who would always make big shows about presenting his athletic achievements. He would often go out of his way to make the other dudes in the class look stupid. In my junior year we had a career day where many of the guests only talked through a zoom call. Our teacher was out sick but was in the call. We were in a substitute classroom. Our guest was a recent graduate who was pretty chill. He had no idea we were in a substitute’s classroom. During the Q&A, someone asked, “Who was your least favorite science teacher?” He said, “Mr. W without a doubt”
    Guess who the substitute was?

For my school at least, the problem was that the teachers didn't have the resources to truly teach. Common Core restricted my teachers to basically follow scripts instead of educating us about something, and since I'm like 99% certain my district council laundered money, they never had the financial freedoms on top of the aforementioned lack of creative freedoms. We were being taught stuff just for the sake of high testing grades, not for us to learn that subject and improve on it.
I think the teachers today just lost the motivation to try hard and are just there for the check because they can't do anything else.

However, halfway through the school year, he was replaced by another teacher (we’ll call him Mr. S), and he was just the dictator of his own classroom, and he knew it. He literally knew that people thought of him as a dictator and decided to roll with it. He transferred in for the second half of the year, but the person he replaced stuck around. We (the entire class) talked with the old teacher about plotting a rebellion, and he was onboard with the idea. The new teacher was so unlikable that the old teacher and his students all agreed that they hated the new teacher. Mr. S was so bad that he made Mrs. Umbridge from Harry Potter look tame by comparison.

Unfortunately there are a lot of teachers that just show up to survive, and leave. Sometimes the apathy goes both directions, the best method for me is just to be real with my students, and make sure everyone knows I'm here to get them through class, and to adulthood without issue, and if they learn some useful stuff while they're with me, then I'm happy. (Also homeboy is lowkey right that there are some teachers that are not qualified, and it's because the requirement for becoming one get lowered more and more, as teaching becomes worse, and worse compared to the pay).

This kinda remind me of a situation that happend a while back. This NYU professor was recently fired 'cause almost everybody was failing his class. (It was organic chemestry.) His reason for making the class so hard was to "look for the student who truly enjoyed the subject and learning as a whole." That's nice and all but bruh look around who likes to learn anymore. I think it's because of teachers as well not making shit fun or interesting and just tryna make that bag. That's why the kids in other countries liking school phrase hit home for me. Idk sorry for the long post just felt like I had to put this out there. :-)

In person lecturer teachers are obsolete. Within 20 years all American classrooms will be converted into computer labs with possibly the exception of the primary grades below fourth grade. For one thing, nobody really wants to pay them. This is similar to the technological imperative to replace most traffic cops with surveillance and ticket cameras. And who will monitor the computer labs you might ask? How about babysitters. What credential would you need to be one of those babysitters? How about a high school diploma or at the very most an associates degree in child care. That’s literally all it really is.
