14:23 The only part that I would upgrade is to have the wall with the windows and door be done with the same stone material (below the eaves) or have a darker grey color for that wall. IMHO, it would have been beast!

One of the best backyard make overs that I have seen in a long time. What's the dimensions of the covered patio? But why the step down from the step (uncovered) patio area to the secondary step patio area? Without the height difference it would be better use of the space, no?

I don’t even want to think of the cost in today’s market. A friend was getting bids to replace a simple rectangle deck no frills just plain PT lumber and I was blown away at the cost.

They will be replacing that fence on their next project. Anymore negative comments? This was a beautiful job, most people don’t have the money to do everything all at once. It’s done in stages! I would do this first before I’d replace the fence.

Top notch work here, my only issue is it seems out of place against the house since it's clad in vinyl. It's like wearing a Luxory custom tailored suit with flip flops from Walmart.

The pavers aren’t heated but that is an option! We don’t get a ton of snow around here though
Amazing. Love your work. Maybe you should’ve helped them out with that terrible looking chimney. It’s all red brick and doesn’t match the house at all. The rest is perfect.

I a fan of open base but what’s holding that walk way in place? Was there any sort of edge system?
yup! we use concrete with fibers added in for additional strength, works great for us!
