Wow Stewart your so lucky to live on the east coast, another cracking video mate ,keep em coming mate I think they've emigrated from the northwest coast ,keep em coming mate and good luck
Hi Stewart, some nice cod there! We bet you all had some fun fishing together, it's always good for the crack! There's still none in the river Humber or at least few and far between. They haven't come into the estuary like they did last year for reasons unknown! Tight lines, see you on the next one. Malc and Ann North Lincs xx
Well done , that’s a great catch , wish we could get them in the south east , but they’ve dissapeared and not come back , think I’ll try those cart boilies on the skate and smoothhounds in the spring down here
Looked like a cracking session yous all had mate unlucky on gilly though lol that's how it goes sometimes you fis the same distance same bait same place one will catch the other won't it stumps me but it happens, good watch as usual though mate.
A cracking Cod session there mate, some good fish caught. What's your mate struggling with, distance,or just bad luck.Tell him to stick with it,perseverance will always conquer all.Tight lines mate👍
Great session Stu well done bud, planning another trip up your way after our fuerteventura trip end of the month, be good to meet up for a cast or 2 if ur free mate. Keep up the good work and tight lines mate 👍🎣
We aren’t so fortunate down in thames estuary , but we do love our fishing.!You are a true inspiration to sea fishing shore warriors ,new techniques without compromise love it!! As an all rounder, this channel is by far the best the most realistic channel out there, the fact you caught 8/9 codling, your night wasn’t complete without your buddy catching.’ ❤️
Great angling again, Stu. Ive learned the hatteras watching your uploads and its helped no end, just have the time to do the sort of bait prep that you do though. Only thing i need now is a 5lb+ for PB 😂 im gonna try the dongle rig this Sunday at the Amble Open for first time so fingers crossed I can win myself a packet of hooks at the weigh in 😂😂😂. As always mate, well done on the catching.
19:46 used to have bags like that off the same shot in the seventies unfortunately now live on the fylde hence no cod well done bonny lad yours in sport
Another crackin session Stewart. Well done again. How high are the cliffs above sea level you where fishing? I know of a few rocky outcrops I'm thinking of trying here on the Co Antrim Causeway coastline
I think the reason the fish are swallowing the circle hooks is because you are using Mutsu circles, which have an offset point. The only circle hook to use for catch and release are Inline circles, such as the Mustad Demons. Nice session though.👍
Another great vid mate!! Brilliant contentas usual...Quick question what main line braid and leader do you use? And what lb braid you use for ya dongle?
Hey mate thanks a lot!! In this video I was using 50lb Sea knight braid with a 100lb braided shock leader!! And I’ve got the 100lb shockleader doubled over for the dongle!!
@zulcronsports nice one mate! I'm going to knock a batch up and give them a try. Hoping to get out tomorrow up Northumberland, looks to be a canny run on the go 😎🤙🏻
@@Clowningabout001 best of luck mate!! Keep your baits short and fat! Works a treat for me! Best of luck, should be slightly bigger tomorrow too with the push from up Scotland!! Tight lines
So I’m using braid mate I’m allowing them to bite a few more seconds while in the rod rest and giving them a little bump initially and then just winding into it!
I was referring to previous videos!!! If you’ve seen the channel before you deffo know the mark and also… if you’re a local lad you also deffo know the mark!! Have a good one

Another crackin session Stewart. Well done again. How high are the cliffs above sea level you where fishing? I know of a few rocky outcrops I'm thinking of trying here on the Co Antrim Causeway coastline
Never know if u don’t try!! Thanks Peter!! These cliffs around 30ft maybe? They aren’t the biggest I’ve fished!!

That’s good to know mate!! Thanks a lot!!
Hi stew, circle hook you using on Dingle dangle rig is it straight circle.thanks another good vid by the way.
Hello mate!! It’s the Mutsu Circle from Seaglo, 5/0!! Thank you appreciate the comment!!
Great video once again mate, quick question what headlamp are you using ??
Hey mate, I’m on the Fenix hr70 I think it is!!
Excelent session well done. What is the rod reel combo you using to lift those fish.
Thanks mate!! That’s the Zulcron XT Lite and Shimano Technium mgs10000

What’s the bite detection like on those 435 lites ?
Very nice for a carbon tip mate 👍
Stu, How are you fixing the braid to the hook, what knot you using?
Just a grinner knot mate

@@Clowningabout001 might see if I can sneak out myself!
How much lead do you need to hold bottom in those swells ?
Hey mate, I was using 7oz all night was just holding !
Are you striking into the bite or letting them hook themselves with that rig ?
So I’m using braid mate I’m allowing them to bite a few more seconds while in the rod rest and giving them a little bump initially and then just winding into it!
A few of you may may recognise, , a few of you may not.... get over yourself. either do a You Tube vid or dont, but stop being so precious
