Thank you, yogini! After 20years of yoga, I have been in a rut. Your unique transitions, some different use of the blocks, and of course a new yet soothing voice leading me is exactly what I needed for a fresh take on my old friend.
Sadly, you do not have any fur babies interrupting your practice as I do: my little orange kitten love playing fetch with sticks. So most of the practice was breathing and tossing a stick 😅

Paula, you’re the best with your guidance into postures, and your cues are excellent. With that, the pace of the whole sequence is comfortable, and not too fast. One is guided to hold the postures long enough to feel the beneficial effects. Your classes are therapeutic; they’re not just some mixes & matches of asanas. Thank you.❤

I love your sessions, Paula. I have had a lot of injuries which cause a lot of pain, and your practices really help.
A block improves this one so much. Without a block I can't hold the pose and have to wait you out in Child's Pose. With a block, I can feel my abdomen muscles got a workout. Bless you, Cindy L.

Nice combination of new moves and slight variations on old familiar favourites, Paula! This slightly longer session allows poses to be held a bit longer, which makes a difference. We feel thoroughly refreshed after this one!

Thank you, Paula. Already done some of your practice in this page, others I'll do in the next time. My shoulders often hurt, especially when there is moisture, likely rheumatoid arthritis, then I have some limit on working on this part of my body. Namasté 😊🙏💗🌹

I’ve done this sequence twice this week and my back thanks me for it everytime! It’s so great!
I just had a question Paula, at 28:43 when we have our feet together and doing table top. I struggle to get my shoulders/hip/knees in a perfect table top as my back hasn’t yet learned to curve underneath to form that perfect line…is that the aim of the pose or can I work my way up to it?
I just want to ensure I’m doing it properly 😁
Thank you for the lovely feedback! In response to your question, it will take some time to build the strength to line up the shoulders, hips and knees (without allowing the hips to drop down) so absolutely, just do the best you can, you will continue to build strength each time you do it :).
You could also try doing slightly less repetitions here and come down for a brief rest if that is helpful too.

This practice is great for my back, although there’re poses not that easy for me. I still do my best to keep up. Thus a bit sweaty at the end. Hope it’s normal.
Just wanted to say a huge thank you for your wonderful classes. I do one of your classes almost every day and always feel better to have done it. Did this class with my wife this morning , she suffer from back pains. At some point during one of the poses she said How does she know just what I need? I thinks that says it all. xx
