Not "disco" yoga - no music, no flash. Beautiful every day practice. After 15 years of regular studio yoga, I would never have thought I could have a home practice, but Paula's classes have made that possible. Paula's cues have allowed me to make subtle but strong adjustments. She is compassionate and has lovely energy. Her sequencing in intuitive and fluid. Weirdly, I actually smile when I see her on my little laptop! Thank you, darling Paula.

This is my favorite style. I am not a big fan of yoga with music because it can easily drown out the cues or doesn’t go with the flow.

Paula, thank you so much for your amazing yoga instruction. I found your wonderful prenatal yoga in April but unfortunately had a miscarriage in early May. I have practiced with you everyday since then as part of my healing process, starting with gentle yoga and ending the month with this more challenging practice. You were a light in those early days and now, a month later, I feel stronger and like my body has much more space. Thank you thank you.

When I need a break for my neck, shoulders & arms, I seek your classes. I am always relieved of pain & tension when I practice with you. One of my favorite practices so far. Feels so good afterwards. This has a little bit of everything especially the upper body release with the right amount of strength and flow combinations.

Not until I began working with you during these changing times did I realise how much I need the longer practices. Until recently I’ve done mostly 20 minute or shorter practices. I watched my worried work thoughts calm and slow down during this wonderful 45 minutes. Thank you so very much. 💜
