Max very smart thing to rent for 6-1 year to make sure you like the neighborhood and neighbors plus when moving to a new state life throws you curve balls that you might not like and heading back to Virginia might be the best thing ... so rent is definitely good if you could rent with option to buy would be perfect so some of your rent goes towards buying the house or condo ... smart move max

I had something similar, went to a physiotherapist and got acupuncture in my lower back and ass. Pain gone overnight.
sorry if it's already been mentioned but why does maxx train mostly sumo when he competes conventional? cuz surely training the stance that you compete in will make you better in that stance?
Maxx has PR'd and competed in both stances. His coach is correct and Maxx is on a great program. His total will be over 1,400 and his Wilks Score may be one of the top-5 at the meet. Maxx is the only athlete I know who schedules travel and major life changes before and after a meet. Most folks would crumble and lose discipline & strength, eat & sleep poorly, and just generally go nuts and fall apart. It shows the depth of his character or that he's crazy as a loon.
